Located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, it combines modern comfort and Roman atmosphere, offering cozy and functional spaces for up to 5 guests. The area, lively and full of restaurants, cafés and historic sights, offers an authentic experience between history, culture and local life.
DESCRIPTION OF SPACES
The apartment welcomes guests in a warm and well-organized environment, designed to ensure a relaxing stay. At the entrance there are some steps, a detail to consider for guests with reduced mobility, as a freight elevator is not available.
The living room with kitchenette is the heart of the house, a convivial space where you can relax after a day in the wonders of Rome. Here you will find a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a single bed if necessary, a dining table and a flat screen TV. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort in every season. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals yourself, including induction cookers, microwaves, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, mocha pot, kettle and toaster. This space leads to a lovely balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation in the open air.
The first double bedroom is bright and welcoming, furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a small desk. From the window you can see the Colosseum, a detail that makes awakening even more special. Air conditioning and heating are also available here.
The second bedroom, with two single beds, offers a functional and comfortable environment, complete with a flat-screen TV, desk and large windows with views of the Colosseum. It is the ideal solution for families or groups of friends.
The bathroom is modern and equipped with all the essential amenities, including a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, hairdryer and toiletries.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi in all areas. A crib for babies is available on request at a cost of 10 euros per night.
