Located in a secure building with 24-hour security and reception at the entrance, the apartment offers comfort, convenience and sea views in the heart of Marbella.
The apartment features two bedrooms, two toilets (only one shower), a bright living area and the possibility to create a third sleeping area in the corner of the living room. The balcony enjoys beautiful views over the harbour — ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Guests also have access to three swimming pools, open during high season, normally from June to October.
