This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with courtyard views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV next to a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and shared hot tubs.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on first floor near stairs and elevator. Easy walk to Gondola and Chair lift. Restaurants and shops all walkable . Only negative is property is tired and worn out. Appliances are fine, but some of the furniture has seen better days and walls and baseboards are a little beat up. Overall cleanliness was ok but not great.

Great Getaway - Just Needs a Little TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We repeated a trip to this location similar to last year and found the condo to be clean and very presentable. However, we struggled with the kitchen faucet where first night it couldn't turn off and had to call maintenance to temporarily fix it. A new faucet is needed as the control handle had difficulty with temperature control and water flow. The coach cushions are very worn where the leather is now tearing - a replacement set would be a great investment into this property. Snow was excellent on the slopes and had no trouble getting out to enjoy skiing at Keystone all week.

Silver Mill stay

So nice being in walking distance of the lifts! We made all our own meal so it was nice having a well equipped kitchen. The roll-out bed was comfortable. Good piece of mind having a secure, protected garage handy to the room.

Nice unit

Check-in was pretty easy. The unit was better equipped than many, and the bed was nice. We've stayed in other River Run units that badly needed furniture updates - not a problem here. This is specific to the building, not this unit, but the ski lockers are undersized. Our locker would barely hold three sets of skis and poles, and nothing else. I don't know how a group larger than three could accommodate gear. Also specific to this building, the elevators move at a snail's pace, and the stairway exits are a little bit confusing.

Reviewer Comments: Nice apartment with all you need to live for a week, the only thing - I would change all pans to those one with non-stick teflon, as metal ones the apartment has - they are more healthy to cook, I get it, but the food is always gonna stick to the bottom, and it’s annoying. There are tons of board games in the apartment, all warm and cozy! The host is super attentive, always checked in how we are and if we need anything.

Great condo!

This unit was very conveniently located - in the village close to gondola. The kitchen was relatively well equipped. The unit and the building were well cared for and clean. The king size bed filled most of the bedroom and my wife who is 5'2" did not find it easy to get into it - we would have preferred a smaller bed and thus more room to put our stuff.

Quaint Spot

Nice spot for a group of 2. Stocked with everything you would need, very comfortable king bed in the room, nice size bathroom. Not ski in ski out but 2-3 minute walk to gondola. Would stay again.

Nice place. Clean, well maintained, fully stocked. 2nd floor, windows looking over the hot tabs. Next to the staircase, so it’s very quick to get it out with the skis. The only issue is that the chandelier in the living room is too low. Watch your head :)

A Perfect Summer Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a marvelous home base for a week-long summer retreat! The condo itself was great and simple. It had all the cooking wears you might need. The furniture was the right size for the place, including the King bed that took up most of the bedroom, but that's the point of a big King bed! Balcony was pleasant and in the shade by noon. Easy location on the second floor was nice to be able to take the stairs and the unit stayed cooler than if it were on a higher floor. The in-unit box fan and window fan were key to keeping the place cool in July, but when you do the fan-and-window system right, the condo stayed cool throughout the day. Location in Keystone Village was great. Tucked away from the main square, but close enough that shops and restaurants were steps away. Keystone Wine & Jazz was going on during my stay; you could barely hear the crowds from inside the condo.Hot tubs at Silver Mill weren't quite hot enough. The sauna at Silver Mill was out-of-order over the course of the stay. The accessible hot tubs and sauna at Dakota were great, same for the pool at Dakota. Access to alpine hikes cannot be beat in Keystone and the July weather was sunny and warm, with cool and clear nights. SCMR was communicative throughout the stay via text. The prefect amount of "we trust you're doing good. Let us know if you need anything", without being the annoying kind of "is everything OK?".

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the place was great, however the ski area seemed to always say the season was over and why things were not customer focused. I would think if the ski area is selling lift tickets and people are paying to fly out and stay they should either say they are closed or stay open with full customer service in mind. gondola closed, trails closed, customer service closed, staff who were there were not helpful. we then went to snowmass who had a whole different experience, bands playing lowere, mid and top of mountain, lifts open until 6 given it was spring skiing, staff everywhere, trails open. free smores and hot coco at the bottom, ski patrol was cooking dogs on the grill at the top for anyone who wanted one as they came of the lift for free. what a difference from gloom and doom to fun and excitement. We went to keystone to look into buying a place and quickly figured out keystone is not a customer experienced focused resort as it was a ghost town that viewed their visitors and guests as an inconvenience and not a necessary and valued partner within their operations as most other ski areas do.
