This property in Lebanon, Tennessee, most widely recognized as the former home of country music icon Reba McEntire, is a 13-acre waterfront estate, complete with a 13,000-square-foot Southern colonial home, luxury stable, pool and well-appointed pool house. This rental includes exclusive access to the mansion, pool and pool house.

Surrounded by Old Hickory Lake, Cherokee Dock offers expansive water views from almost every room. The property is within minutes to world-class spas, restaurants, and entertainment.

The spacious main house boasts eight bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Throughout the mansion, you will find multiple entertaining spaces, a theater, wine room, parlor, and separate family and formal living rooms.

The kitchen was designed with a chef in mind, thus professional quality: 10' island, 2 dishwashers, Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, 34” wide Wolf convection oven with separate warming drawer, 60” Wolf double convection oven and 6 burner gas range, grill and griddle.

The large back patio for outdoor entertaining provides magnificent views of the lake. The property includes a large pool, with built-in lounging deck and spa surrounded by beautiful, lush gardens. Along with Sonos speakers, umbrellas, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table and a propane fire pit, it's the perfect place to relax in the sun listening to your favorite artists. Enjoy breakfast as the sun comes up, or entertain guests for a truly spectacular gourmet dinner. The pool house includes a bathroom, swimsuit dryer, and a climate-controlled bar/lounge area.

Two private balconies are complete with an outdoor sofa, dining tables and lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view of the spectacular lake. The master balcony also is equipped with a stunning wood-burning fireplace.

The Estate is also equipped with a private boat dock, perfect for fishing!

YOUR HOST: We have a caretaker who lives on a neighboring property, so unlike most VRBO rentals, we are always available to help.

RENTAL DETAILS: This rental is for the Mansion, Pool House, Pool, and Direct Lake Access. This rental does not include the entire 13-acre property or additional buildings on the property.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. We are happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, but cannot make any guarantees until one week prior to arrival in case the house is occupied on your arrival or departure date. Additional fees will apply.

RATES: Subject to change. The rates shown are reflective of main house, pool, and pool house. Rates do not include: guest house, stables, tented areas, catering kitchen, tent area bathrooms, or tent storage area.

PETS: We do not allow pets of any kind.

SMOKING: Smoking is only allowed in outside designated areas. Smoking inside or within 10 feet of any building on the property will constitute immediate forfeiture of the entire damage deposit.
