It is perfectly positioned for discovery, situated just 7 km from the town center and sandy beaches, and only 3 km from the Port-Bourgenay golf course.

The split-level interior is designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, making it ideal for larger families or groups. The ground floor features a welcoming living area with a double sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a convenient shower room. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, along with a full bathroom. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs and a dishwasher, as well as a private terrace with garden furniture for enjoying the sun-drenched surroundings.

Guests enjoy access to a variety of premium shared amenities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool available from mid-May to mid-September. For relaxation, the property features a whirlpool, sauna, and hammam, while active travelers can take advantage of the tennis court, multisports ground, and ping-pong tables.
