Located in a quiet estate on the edge of Guisborough next to the moors, a three bedroom detached house with two car driveway and private garden with patio. Two bedrooms have double beds with ample wardrobe storage including hairdryer, iron and ironing board, the third bedroom is a single, so the house sleeps 5 total.
The bathroom has a bath+shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels provided.
Downstairs there is an entranceway/porch, large living room with dining table, a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa, and armchair. There is a decent sized smart TV linked to the internet; the Wi-Fi is 30 Mbps. There is a downstairs toilet and sink, and at the back of the house there’s a good sized kitchen overlooking the garden. It has an electric fan-oven/hob, fridge/freezer, large sink, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. No smoking/vaping/candles inside house, good pets are allowed but not on the beds.
The patio has a coal BBQ and seating. There is a garden gate that backs onto the North York Moors and a children’s playground is a few minutes’ walk away. You can walk from the house to Guisborough high-street in ten minutes. Nearby you will find shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. If you decide to walk into the North York Moors National Park you could hike up there for days. Local attractions include Highcliff Nab, The Cleveland Way and Guisborough Priory...
