Tucked into the sun-warmed hills of La Colle-sur-Loup, this elegant five-bedroom villa was designed by renowned architect Armandoni and made for families who want space to breathe, gather, and properly unwind. The kind of place where mornings start slowly over coffee on the terrace, afternoons blur happily between the pool and the shade of the garden, and evenings stretch long over alfresco dinners with the Mediterranean glittering in the distance.

The infinity pool faces directly out to sea and the rolling Provençal hills, one of those views that genuinely stops you in your tracks, every single morning. Completely private, enclosed within its own walled garden, it’s yours and yours alone. As the sun goes down, the pool lights up, turning the garden into something quite magical for evening swims or just lingering over a glass of wine.

All bedrooms look out to sweeping panoramic views of the sea and rolling hills. Waking up to that view is never something you get used to.

Step outside the gate and you’re a short stroll from the heart of La Colle-sur-Loup: village, the bakery, the market, the village square, a couple Michelin star restaurants 5 min walk away. Far enough for complete privacy and quiet, close enough that you never need to get in the car.

🏡 The villa

Five bedrooms, six beds, five bathrooms plus a guest WC, and generous living spaces across three floors designed for groups who actually want to spend time together. The large living room has two sofas and an armchair arranged around a coffee table and TV, finished with a traditional French fireplace for cooler evenings.

The Provençal-style kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including an American-size fridge, large gas stove and oven, and has its own breakfast nook and doors opening directly onto the main terrace. Air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout, plus a fully equipped laundry room.

🪻 The secret garden (lower level) has a flat lawn set up for proper outdoor games. Football, Croquet, Badminton and Archery are all on hand. When the afternoon gets too hot or the evenings draw in, the fun moves inside. There are indoor games throughout, and tucked up in the attic, a dedicated games room gives kids (and adults) their own space to disappear into.
