This spacious 4-bedroom villa is located near the villages of Porches and Alporchinhos and the popular beach town of Armação de Pêra, which features good restaurants and a long sandy beach with a lovely promenade perfect for and enjoy an ice cream. It’s also just a short drive to the quieter and more charming seaside resort of Praia do Carvoeiro. The villa is located on a cul-de-sac in Vilamar. The location is wonderfully peaceful, yet just a short distance from all amenities.

The private pool, which can be heated, is equipped with 8 lounge chairs. The terrace features a large umbrella, a table, and chairs. There is a charcoal grill, the ideal spot for delicious al fresco meals and leisurely dinners.

The kitchen is well-equipped, and the open-concept living room features air conditioning and a fireplace. Heating is available for early- or late-season holidays.

Villa Rose is the perfect choice for families who enjoy staying in a quiet location but still want to be close to the beach.
