Guest services are very responsive and the staff I did come in contact with were delightful and very attentive The location was great, very central. It was really hot when we were there so we need to keep the windows open…don’t recommend that option if you are a light sleeper. Or use ear plugs. I would have loved to have done chairs in the hallway. Just to read a book. The beds are not as big as we are used to at home. I would have just liked an option of something other than the bed to sit in.

Dublin Temple Bar Positive: La ubicación del hotel, en pleno temple bar pero en una calle sin tanto

Dublin Temple Bar : The location of the hotel, right in Temple Bar but on a street without so much noise. The facilities are modern and access is very easy. It does not have room service, you have to pay separately so it is not very recommended for long stays, it also does not have a common area with tables or a locker for the last day. The fire alarm went off during our stay (due to a false alarm) and it seems to be something recurring. It is an area with nightlife and beggars but it did not seem dangerous to us.

Struttura nuova, staff disponibile ma stanza lato strada rumorose e stanze interne senza aria condiz

New building, helpful staff, but the rooms facing the street were noisy and the rooms facing the courtyard had no air conditioning : The location, the new, recently modernised building. The helpfulness of the staff. The staff were very kind in trying to resolve the issue. We had a room facing the street, which unfortunately turned out to be very noisy; light sleepers would find it difficult to sleep. They offered us an internal room where the window wouldn’t open. I must say that in winter this might be a good alternative, but in summer it was a real oven with no way of opening the window. They should install air conditioning in every room to make the hotel more comfortable
