Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced lake in the grounds.. The Surrounding Area & SceneryBeyond the quiet shores of Holmewood Lakes, the beauty of the Tees Valley and County Durham countryside awaits. A short, scenic drive brings you to the historic market town of Yarm, famous for its award-winning high street. Spend your afternoons exploring independent boutiques like Kiwi or enjoying a coffee at a pavement café while admiring the town’s iconic Victorian viaduct. At Holmewood Lakes we also offer fishing around our lakes for our guests to enjoy or a short walk to our private jetty where you can bring your own equipment and take to the water in any water sport activity you choose or sit and relax by the river or go fishing instead. If you choose to bring a boat to launch from our jetty, a launch fee and retrival fee of £60 will apply.
