Very good

Claytons Cottage is in an excellent location for exploring The Cotswolds. The property is in a quiet and peaceful location.
The bedrooms and living room are comfortable and the kitchen has all the equipment you need.
The only negative points being the roman blinds in the lounge could do with replacing or mending.
Otherwise it was the perfect place to stay.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location.
Lovely cottage in a beautiful location
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. The location is beautiful, and we appreciated the thoughtful personal touches, including the butter, milk and crisps provided on arrival.
There were, however, a couple of issues. Two of the Roman blinds could not be raised, which meant we couldn’t let natural light into the affected rooms. We also had a problem with mice in the kitchen, finding a lot of mouse droppings in a cupboard and discovering that some of our food had been eaten. This was unpleasant and needs addressing.
Despite these issues, we really loved the cottage, especially the living room, which was such a lovely space to relax and spend time together. We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would happily return.
