What a beautiful place to relax and spend time with family. We indulged in the calmness of the outdoors by sitting on the porch reading (or snoozing) and had a blast each evening cooking in the open gourmet kitchen. We also loved how easy it was to walk or ride the free bus to and from town. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Adan's house was excellent in every aspect. We had six adults visiting and there was plenty of room for socializing and alone time throughout the house. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed cooking family meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious, each with their own bath. The house is well located and an easy walk to downtown Breckenridge with all its shops and restaurants. Adan was very communicative and the check-in/check-out ran smoothly. I would definitely look to stay here again on my next visit to Breckenridge.

Beautiful roomy home with cozy fireplaces throughout. All four bedrooms have king beds, which was great. It's close enough to town to walk to shops and restaurants. It has a gorgeous deck and porch, with it's own hot tub. And the manager, Adan, is the most accessible, kindest person to deal with for everything. Highly recommend!
