The interior of this family villa is tastefully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The living room has a fireplace that creates a homely atmosphere and is connected to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen into one open-concept space. Dark shades in combination with light create a play of light and shadow.

On the ground floor of the villa there are also two bedrooms and a separate toilet. The first floor of the villa exudes elegance with three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to a spacious 40 m² terrace.

The yard is ideal for both adults and children. The beautiful terrace by the pool is equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas where you can sunbathe. There is also a covered dining room with furniture for afternoon and evening relaxation.

The private pool (80 m²) has a separate shallow section for children (5 m²) and can be heated. Pool heating is available on request from May to October, with an extra charge of €200 per week. Next to the pool is also a separate smaller holiday house. Inside you will find a comfortable area for sitting and socializing, and the hot sauna in the basement of the villa will provide relaxation. A large olive tree around the house gives additional charm to the whole atmosphere.

The town of Umag is 5 minutes away by car from Villa Casa Cupra. Umag has many restaurants with a good selection of dishes and quality ingredients. Truffles and olive oil are just some of them. Taste them.
