Welcome to our warm family cottage set in 3.5 acres! 

Kids will love the play area, football, badminton and table tennis. 

This traditional haven features cosy beams and rustic brick floors alongside modern comforts.

Downstairs has a king and twin room (with a Jack & Jill shower) and upstairs the quirky loft double. 

Enjoy the open plan of the lounge and kitchen, private BBQ patio with rolling hills and sea views.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Sorry we do not accept single sex bookings for Stag/Hen Parties etc
A refundable damage deposit will be required of £250 7 days prior to arrival
A digital Check In Form will also need to be completed prior to arrival to comply with our own insurance and management requirements.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

You can spend an afternoon wandering around Ilfracombe’s quirky harbour with a bag of fish and chips, and then just ten minutes later, you are looking out over the massive, beautiful expanse of sand at Woolacombe.

It is a place where you can properly slow down, blow the cobwebs away on a windy cliff walk, or just sit outside a local pub and watch the waves.

The landscape is dramatic, but the vibe is completely laid-back, friendly, and unpretentious—which is exactly why it is so easy to fall in love with.
