Our family has lived in this house for five generations, and today we’ve decided to open one floor to guests so we can share the beauty and authentic atmosphere of Lake Como. The apartment combines modern comforts with tranquility, featuring a stunning lake view, private parking, and spaces designed with attention to detail. Ideal for couples or small families seeking relaxation in a quiet area.

The apartment is bright, modern, and tastefully furnished, with cosy spaces designed to make you feel right at home. The stunning lake view and the tranquility of the area make this accommodation perfect for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle, while still being close to Lake Como’s main attractions.

Guests can enjoy a panoramic terrace ideal for breakfast or aperitifs at sunset, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and spaces with attention to detail. The second bedroom features a single bed that can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed. A private parking space is also available.

For families with young children, we provide a travel cot, high chair, and changing pad free of charge.

The living room is stocked with bed linens, towels, and a small welcome kit to help you get your lakeside experience off to the best start.

The apartment was exactly as described on the website. It was very clean, smelled very fresh, and had everything you need (towels, clean linens, etc.) along with the necessary extras like toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, etc. Carlotta is an excellent host who responds very quickly and is very friendly and flexible. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. In short, we had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment.
