Overall, we had a decent stay because of the location and amenities, but there were some issues that need attention.Pros:* The private pool was a great feature and one of the highlights of our stay.* The house is only about 15–20 minutes from Disney, making it very convenient for park visits.* Being able to watch both the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT fireworks from the pool at night was an amazing bonus.Cons:* The cleanliness was disappointing. There were spiderwebs, dust, and the home didn’t feel as clean as expected upon arrival.* Some of the pool deck tiles are sinking, creating a tripping hazard that should be repaired for guest safety.* The main bathroom shower has a drainage issue and floods while you’re showering, leaving standing water on the tub floor.* We found old food inside the couch cushions, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about how thoroughly the home is cleaned between guests.* The house and appliances feel outdated and could benefit from some updates.* The neighbors were quite loud during our stay. While I understand this is difficult for the owner to control, it’s something future guests should be aware of if they’re looking for a quieter vacation. The houses on both sides have pools and are fairly close.Overall, the location, pool, and fireworks views make this property appealing, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and condition of the home kept it from being a better experience. With some improvements, it could be an excellent rental!

We was very pleased with the house. Great location nice neighborhood. Pool was very relaxing. The host always communicated with us when we needed anything. It is a very friendly house with lots of Mickey and Minnie Mouse decorations. We definitely will be renting again.
