Cozy studio (900 sq) situated in the lower level of a house with Queen bed , living area with 70 inch TV , ( Netflix available) kitchenette with microwave , coffee machine, electric tea pot,big size bathroom with shower , laundry room , garage . Location its very good , 10 minutes to downtown Kirkland ,Lake Washington 10 min .15 min to Bellevue , downtown Seattle probably 20 min via 520 bridge . Beautiful parks and trail close by . Less then 10 min to Bastyr University.Cascadia college is 15 min distance .Woodinville wineries 10 min away.Lots of great restaurants close by (10 min or less ).Private entrance and outdoor sitting area where u can enjoy an evening by the fire . Costco , Trader Joe , other groceries store very close by . Owner lives upstairs if you like more privacy than this rental might not be ideal for you .

Great spot

Beautiful cozy and clean space. Very charming, and has everything you need and more. It was quiet and peaceful and felt very safe as a solo traveler. The host was communicative and very kind. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Great and cozy location!

We had a great time here. It was close enough to Seattle to go into the city for the day but in a nice suburb with plenty of other places to try. The hosts were welcoming and very responsive!

Just what we needed

Both my friend and I were astonished by the niceness of the place, they really put in the effort to make it cozy and hospitable. Good communication as well. I would choose this place again when I come back if it is available. Great place!

Great Place in Quiet Neighborhood

A GEM OF A STAY!

Our stay at this cozy little studio was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-stocked it was—literally everything you could possibly need, from personal care items to a rare Keurig machine. Welcoming and Comfortable

I read the reviews, but I can't tell you how much our stay exceeded our expectations. From the fresh fruits and chocolates to the hand written note and chilled wine..We felt so welcomed and comfortable. We'd love to come back again and again. Studio has every amenity you could ask for and is in proximity to countless adventures.

We used Emi's studio as a home base for a weekend in Kirkland and Woodinville for a few family events. It was perfect. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The details and thoughtfulness we're amazing! We will be checking her studio for availability every time we need to come into town for the weekend!

A wonderful experience!

We were in the area for a month visiting family. The studio was a wonderful retreat! The amenities were amazing, everything you could need! The treats that were left were an amazing addition and really made us feel welcome! Though the host lives upstairs it is quiet. Everything is very comfortable and there is plenty of space to relax. Communication was excellent! Emi is an amazing host! This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it was much more than we expected! We will definitely stay here again if it is available!

Cozy, homestyle touches in a great location

So glad we found this lovely place to stay while we did some Seattle sightseeing. The suite is spacious, tastefully decorated with many homestyle touches and spotless. The location is just off 405 with easy access to everything in the Seattle area. Emi is a great host with lots of suggestions for places to check out during your stay. Whenever we're back in the Seattle area, this will be our #1 choice for a home base. No need to look further.

This was by far a 10 out of 10 experience. The accommodations were impeccable. The appointments were beyond expectations. The host sets the bar extremely high for any future VRBO properties we may choose.

Fantastic

Without question, this was the most well-equipped VRBO I've ever stayed in, with everything you might need plus many wonderful extras (and probably the biggest TV I've ever gotten to watch). In addition, the place was spotlessly clean and super quiet (and the towels were the fluffiest ever). Communication with the owner was perfect--not in the least bit intrusive, but clearly Emi could easily be reached if we had questions or needed anything. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and hope to return again.
