Set high on the hillside, our cottages offer breathtaking panoramic views across the Derwent Valley and gorge. Quiet and peaceful, yet only moments from the cable car, woodland trails and historic caverns. Each cottage is fully equipped with cosy living areas, well‑fitted kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, fresh linens, free Wi‑Fi and private parking.
A short walk takes you down to the village, riverside cafés, pubs and shops. You’re perfectly placed to explore Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Cromford Mills and miles of Peak District walks.

Lovely, clean and well equipped cottage in a lovely location. Check-in / check-out process was very easy and the communication with the host Trinity was excellent ... very responsive and helpful. We had a really nice stay, thank you!

Just returned from our two night stay in this beautiful cottage, check in super easy, host absolutely lovey and attentive.. very clean and tidy, beautiful views from the hot tub!! Would definitely recommend all round .
