We enjoyed our stay at the Hager House. The unit was clean, comfortable, well equiped, and quiet. We enjoyed the patio and the wonderful view of the river. Our host was very helpful. The location was great for exploring Red Wing and the surrounding area.

The overall property was accommodating however the property listing never said the host was upstairs and that there were dogs that barked which was inconvenient for my guest on several occasions waking them up. I would recommend that this be disclosed before someone books this location.

Very relaxing. I have family in the surrounding areas. We were able to get together on the patio for a picnic and have a small birthday party for my brother. Chris was very nice to allow our small gathering for the afternoon. Bed was so comfortable. Slept like a baby. Would definitely return and recommend this spacious place.

Great Location

Beautiful views of the Mississippi River, boats, birds, stars, Fall colors. Short drive to downtown Red Wing. Very much enjoyed the area and our stay at The Hager House.

Beautiful River Front Stay

We loved our time at the Hager House. Great location for exploring the Red Wing area. The inside was comfortable and well appointed. The outside spaces and views of the river were fantastic. We would love to stay again.

Fishing trip

The place was absolutely beautiful, they had everything we needed for our trip! The host were absolutely great! We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to the area to fish! Very secluded and private but only minutes from town!

They had so much available for a fun family/friend stay. From the T.V., multiple games for adults and children, including a popcorn machine and darts... The place is gorgeous inside and out. On the Mississippi River with views so breath taking, 3 sitting areas outside. If you need to be near Hager City, Wisconsin , this is the place to book. 5 stars

Lovely home, beautiful views

My family had a wonderful time at the Hager House. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the river. Very easy check-in and out process with accommodating hosts. We also visited Red Wing which was a fast and easy drive. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful get away!

Perfect quiet getaway

We came over the 4th to get away from the fireworks in our neighborhood; it was so quiet and peaceful here! The kids loved it; the bin of Legos in the closet saved us on a rainy afternoon!

Girls weekend

Rented this beautiful home for a girls weekend & concert at Treasure Island. It was just beautiful, and Chris & Lenore couldn’t have been any nicer. We also really enjoyed their sweet dog, Rosie. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home! We loved the landscaping and the outdoor seating overlooking the Mississippi River. The home was cozy and comfortable. It worked great for our large family! We can’t wait to come back again and maybe for an even longer stay!

Perfect for our party! Close to town but far enough out where we could enjoy the views of the river. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Property was clean and well maintained. Just overall an excellent experience!
