Welcome to Sandy Feet Cottage—a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom beach cottage located just across the street from the 20th Ave beach access walkway to Indian Rocks Beach, Florida!

A quick two-minute walk takes you to the soft white sands and stunning Gulf waters. Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is a peaceful, three-mile stretch of shoreline just south of Clearwater Beach, which was ranked the #6 beach in the U.S. in 2022. Unlike Clearwater’s busy tourist scene, IRB offers a quiet, residential beach town experience—ideal for guests seeking both relaxation and coastal charm, while remaining close to lively attractions.

Sandy Feet Cottage was completely remodeled after Hurricane Helene and now serves as a modern, upscale vacation retreat. Every detail of this private duplex home has been thoughtfully updated with brand-new furniture and tasteful coastal décor. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space is bright and welcoming. Both bedrooms are spacious and relaxing, and the spa-style bathroom adds a touch of luxury!

Outside, you’ll enjoy a large private backyard with a hammock and bicycles, along with a private patio featuring comfortable seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. The beach, local restaurants, beach bars, and charming shops are just a short stroll away. Beach essentials—chairs, umbrella, and cooler—are provided to make your stay seamless and stress-free.

Such a great place! Extremely clean, well stocked on the necessary supplies, and really good location. Only about three short blocks from the beach and included all the major beach necessities like chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, balls, and big sunshade tent. The house itself is well furnished and really clean. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a few meals. Walkable to restaurants and cafes. Would def rent again

From start to finish, Barbara was great communicating with me. The Condo was decorated in a beachy modern aesthetic. It was super calming. It was easy to log into entertainment devices and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The property was also 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach where we were able to do a sunset cruise and yoga on the beach, yet far enough away to avoid the crowded beach. We'll definitely be back should we be in the area!

This house was perfect for our 3-person trip. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get - a small but spacious home with everything you need. These hosts thought of everything you could need from kitchen items to plenty of towels; from games to beach items. The 2 block walk to the beach is made easier by the wagon included in the deck box. The street where the house is located is quiet and the location in general (Indian Rocks Beach) is quieter overall than some of the other beach locations up and down the coast. You are within a 10 minute walk to several coffee shops, restaurants and ice cream shops. A longer walk or a short car ride gives you even more options. Parking in the area is limited so check establishments before you go to decide if walking is better than driving. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was so helpful to have shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided - it was enough for our whole stay. There was a great selection of coffee pods, teas, creamer and sugar waiting for us as well. Barbara provided excellent communication prior to and during our stay. She gave clear instructions about the property and gave plenty of recommendations on places to eat prior to our arrival. She was responsive to questions during our stay about the various places we planned to visit. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the cutest beach house!! Just a few blocks to the beach and so many restaurants, absolutely loved this location. The backyard with the hammocks were also a great bonus. Would highly recommend, loved everything, had a wonderful week!

We are so glad to have found this spot! The beach was so close, clean and not crowded, and the owners had the house fully stocked with everything we could need!
