Come and enjoy your holidays in this nice new apartment located a few minutes from the beaches (less than 5 minutes by car!) and turquoise waters of Saint Florent Bay. This contemporary apartment is conveniently located 3 km from the Bay of Saint-Florent and its beautiful beaches. A few minutes drive will take you to swim in the Mediterranean unless you go there by bike (3 bikes are available!) after a stroll through the bucolic countryside of the Conca d'Oro. The apartment is air conditioned for the comfort of the tenants. It has a garden and a fully equipped terrace with outdoor furniture, roller blind and barbecue for your summer meals.

APARTMENT
It is a 58 m² apartment, located on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults). Here is a description of the parts that compose it.
-1 modern living room consisting of a dining room (equipped with a table and chairs and a hi-fi system for tenants music lovers) and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs) , oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer combination, coffee maker ... etc) with a countertop and high stools.
-1 living room / bedroom (first bedroom) located in the extension of the living room with the possibility of transforming the living room area (flat screen and DVD player) into a bedroom (120cm sofa bed), isolating it from the rest of the living room the house by a sliding partition system.
-1 bedroom (second bedroom) equipped with a 160 cm bed (queen size) and a built-in wall-mounted wardrobe.
-1 bathroom with large corner bath, bidet, basin and vanity unit, towel dryer, hair dryer, etc.
-1 separate WC.
-1 laundry with washing machine and small appliances (vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, ... etc).
-1 secure and fenced private garden (grass) and a terrace of 15m² equipped with an electric blind, garden furniture and barbecue.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartement! Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr nette Vermieterin Victoria, voll ausgestattetes, modernes Apartment in ruhiger, aber doch zentraler Lage zwischen Bastia, Cap Corse und St. Florent. Von hieraus konnte man gut den Norden und Westen erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

schöne, ruhige Umgebung, schöne Wohnung. Super schöner Sitzplatz mit viel Umschwung. Leider war die Waschmaschine nicht zu brauchen, da diese alt und die Wäsche nicht richtig geschleudert hat. Schade, dass auch kein WiFi vorhanden war. Der nächst gelegener Strand ist nur 5 min. entfernt. Die schönen Stränden sind weiter entfernt.

Tranquillo e confortevole

Casa tranquilla a pian terreno con posto auto, spazio esterno per giocare, terrazza e giardino con straii. Le bici sono da uomo purtroppo eravamo troppo bassi per usarli. Ai ragazzi mancava wifi ma io ero contenta. Spiaggia a 5.min d auto e per fortuna non si deve attraversare st Florent per andraci. Consigliato

Nous y avons passé une merveilleuse semaine .. L appartement est conforme à la description, situé en rez de jardin et fermé par portail ce qui permet aux enfants de jouer dehors en sécurité. Idéalement situé au calme , à 10 minutes de st Florent ,30 min de Bastia et compter 1h30 pour Calvi .. Le supermarché est à 5 minutes .. Appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé au rez de chaussée d'une maison. Le jardin privatif et entièrement clos était très appréciable pour notre chien (ça doit être également la cas avec des enfants en bas âge). L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et il est idéalement situé : quartier calme, supermarché à 1,5 km, plage de la Roya à 5mn en voiture et le centre de St Florent à peine plus loin (attention toutefois aux bouchons en été en fin de matinée et en fin d'après-midi). Cerise sur le gâteau, l'accueil très sympa de Victoria qui nous a indiqué toutes les bonnes adresses de la région (visites, plages, restos, etc)..

Un séjour dans un appartement très agréable pour un couple avec enfant (s).

L' appartement est vaste et les pièces sont très bien distribuées. La jolie décoration, le confort en particulier avec le jardin privatif , l'équipement proposé correspondent bien à l'annonce . L'endroit est très calme et permet d'accéder facilement et rapidement au centre de St Florent, à la plage de la Roya et au désert des Agriates. Bastia est seulement à 30 minutes. Merci à Victoria qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'efficacité , ses conseils sont précieux ! Nous recommandons cet appartement et son jardin ( vue sur les montagnes ensoleillées!!!!) pour découvrir toute la beauté de la haute corse.

Nous venons de séjourner 1 semaine dans cet appartenant avec nos 2 enfants agés de 4ans et demi et 1 an et demi et nous sommes totalement ravis. Neuf, très bien entretenu et aménagé, tout y est pour passer des vacances confortables. Le jardin, très agréable et bien exposé, est totalement clos ce qui permet de laisser les enfants jouer en sécurité. Les personnes qui gérent cette appartement se mettent vraiment à la place des vacanciers et font le maximum pour offrir un confort optimal ce qui est très appréciable. Nous n'avons manqué de rien ! La situation est idéale, 5 min en voiture et nous nous retrouvons sur la plage de Saint Florent. C'est également un point de départ fort intéressant pour partir à la découverte de cette belle région. Un centre commercial Leclerc est à 3 mn (moins typique mais bien pratique) Et la Corse ! Cette ile est un véritable bijou où y vivent des gens merveilleux. Le seul bémol est quand sonne l'heure du départ...

L'appartement est trés propre avec tout le confort dont on a besoin pour ne penser qu'aux vacances. Idéal pour 2 et conforme au descriptif . Les services proposés comme le ménage, les draps et serviettes sont idéals quand on vient en avion . Trés calme, en retrait, on entend pas du tout la route principale toute proche qui permet d'être à 5 minutes de St Florent. Le propriétaire est trés arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivées et de départ et pas avare de conseils pour découvrir l'île. A conseiller!
