That’s exactly why we were looking for a house like this, and found it in Casa Fortuna in Malix. Spread over three floors, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful garden, large balcony and panoramic vue, it offers an exceptional amount of space for up to 13 people. So you can cook, cycle or go hiking together – whilst also being able to retreat and unwind.

There are parking spaces right outside the house, and for those travelling by public transport: the Malix Dorf PostBus stop is only about a 15-minute walk away, taking you right through the historic village and offering stunning views.

Skiing, cycling & hiking: Just 10 minutes’ walk to the Churwalden (Lenzerheide entrance) and Brambrüesch (Chur) ski lifts. Further ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity.

City life: In 15 minutes you can be in the historic old town of Chur for shopping, culture or simply a stroll through the streets.
