The Snug is a cosy Cotswold cottage in the heart of Sherston, perfect for couples and friends. Sleeping four, it offers a comfortable retreat with character features and modern comforts.

Sherston is a quintessential Cotswold village full of character, history and countryside charm. With its picturesque stone cottages, welcoming pub, village cafés and beautiful surrounding walks, it offers a peaceful escape while being perfectly placed for exploring Wiltshire, Bath and the southern Cotswolds.

The space
Ground Floor

Living/Dining Room:
Step inside to a cosy living/dining space with sofa, armchair, smart TV and dining table for 4. Wood burning stove in an inglenook fireplace (logs provided September to April).

Kitchen:
Equipped kitchen including a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (starter pods provided), toaster, induction hob, oven and fridge/freezer.

Lean-to Utility:
An external lean-to utility houses a washer/dryer and provides access to the cottage garden.

Stairs lead to the first floor where you will find the following:

Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 2):
Double bed, bedside tables, mirror

Dressing Room/Workspace:
Desk/Dressing table, chest of drawers, hairdryer, full length mirror and hanging rail.

Shower Room:
Walk-in rain shower, basin and heated towel rail.

A traditional winder staircase leads to the second floor:

Master Bedroom (Sleeps 2):
King size Bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers

En-Suite Shower Room:
Electric shower, basin and towel rail.

Outside

There is an enclosed rear garden with patio/lawn area and dining table/chairs.

Other things to note
There is no parking outside the property but unlimited parking is available on the High Street, just 2 mins walk.

EV chargers available on Sherston High Street.

All bedding and towels are supplied.

The cottage is located over 3 floors, with a steep winding staircase to the top floor and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

There are no stairgates or doors at the top/bottom of the stairs and therefore may not be suitable for mobile toddlers and smaller children.

No smoking/vaping in the property or on site.
