About this property

Casa del Fico - A historic home in the heart of Salento

An 18th-century historic residence built of Lecce stone in the historic centre of Maglie, renovated by a renowned local architect who has seamlessly blended history and design. Just a stone’s throw from the main square, the house features a large living room of over 20 square metres, a kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom, and a single bedroom. The real gem is the exterior: a secret garden and a terrace overlooking the bell tower, shaded by a large fig tree. Strategically located in the heart of Salento: 15 km from Otranto, 30 km from Lecce, and 35 km from Gallipoli.
