It is ideal for a small family and offers a terrace, barbecue, and electric heating Zell am See-Kaprun in Pingzau, is only 11 km from your stay and is enriched with tourist offerings. The best of the Alps, you can enjoy hiking on the Schmittenhöhe and relish a winter at the Zell am See lake. Ice-skating, boat tours, sailing, stand-up paddling and water skiing can be taken up here. Catch the ski lift and ski slopes only 200 m from your stay, while cross-country skiing can be configured during winters only 500 m away.

You can buy groceries from the supermarket at 300 m and taste some local delicacies from restaurants in 400 m.

The amazing nature surrounding the house can be experienced from the balcony, garden, or terrace. Don't miss the fun of barbecue in this ideal atmosphere. Carport and additional parking facility is provided.

Het appartement is schoon, zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse die voor je klaar staat wanneer dat nodig is. De laatste avond werd ons nog een maaltijd aangeboden, zeer vriendelijk. De ligging is top als je met de winter gebruik gaat maken van de skigebieden. Het appartement is alleen wel aan vernieuwing toe. Vlekken in de bank, bekleding van eetkamerstoelen kapot, het matras is echt slecht, en het laminaat is wel toe aan vervanging. Kortom het huisje heeft wat liefde nodig qau interieur maar wat de locatie en vriendelijke beheerder is zeker niks mis mee.

Es fühlte sich wie ein zweites Zuhause an. Die Betten waren sauber und bequem, und der Garten lud zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage ist zudem ideal, um Zell am See und Kaprun zu erkunden, und Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
