The River Wye is nearby for wild swimming, canoeing and riverside walks, while renowned trails including the Wye Valley Walk, Offa’s Dyke Path and the Black Mountains offer outstanding walking, cycling and scenic exploration within the Brecon Beacons National Park.
Built with timber grown on the farm, this wooden lodge offers excellent insulation, natural materials and thoughtfully upcycled furnishings, alongside modern comforts such as underfloor heating for year-round stays. Inside, the spacious open-plan living area is designed to make the most of the woodland setting, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing beautiful forest views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven, hob and ample dining space for up to six guests, making it ideal for family holidays or group getaways. The comfortable lounge area includes plush seating, a wall-mounted Smart TV and a sofa bed for flexible accommodation. There are three inviting bedrooms: one double room, one twin room with characterful sloping ceilings and one flexible twin room that can be arranged as a king-size bed on request. A generously sized family shower room with WC completes the interior, providing a comfortable space to refresh after days spent exploring the countryside.
Outside, the large wrap-around veranda is a standout feature and is perfect for morning coffee, wildlife watching or evening drinks overlooking the river and woodland. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining, BBQ evenings and peaceful relaxation surrounded by nature. Additional conveniences include a separate laundry room with washing machine and drying space, plus private parking approximately 50 metres from the lodge.
