Santorini is a Beautiful Gulf-Front Home that will accommodate the whole family.  This home sleeps 16, 5 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, and an additional sleeper sofa in the sitting room. You will love the views from the vast Beachfront Decks, and relaxing in the private pool and spa when you're taking a break from the beach. Come unwind at Santorini and leave the rest to us!!

The Space:
This Gulf Front home will have you falling in love with Beautiful Cape San Blas.  It is located right on the beach. The back of the home boast two vast Beach Front decks with awesome views, so be sure to pack your camera.  The front of the home has two large decks as well so every room gives you direct access to a deck.  


Accommodates 16 guests: (4) king beds, (2) twin/twin bunk beds w/trundle beds, (1) sleeper sofa.


The living area has a wrap around sectional and matching chair with a flat screen TV. There is also Wi-Fi and a landline at the house. Off to side, is the Dining area with seating for 8. Here you will have Gulf views while you dine.   You will find additional seating at the bar with 6 bar stools.  You also have gulf views from the main living area and deck.  To the front is an additional sitting room that has a sleeper sofa and chess and checkers table. This room also has a flat screen TV.  


Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more! We strive to start all guests off with a supply of:

Each upstairs room comes with a flat screen TV, deck access and with it's own bathroom.  The Second Floor bathroom is located in the hallway next to the king bedroom.

Santorini is a non smoking unit, and is pet friendly for an additional fee. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office.


Children are welcome at Santorini.


Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.  

THIS HOME RENTS FOR A FULL WEEK, SATURDAY-SATURDAY.

Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Due to the close vicinity of the gulf, this property is susceptible to shifting sand and erosion. At times the beach may not be as pictured.

"Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $100 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details."
