THE PENTHOUSE SUITE

At 1800 square feet along with a furnished balcony overlooking the bay, the Penthouse Suite is one of the largest on Clearwater Beach. Our Penthouse Suite offers a master bedroom with a king sized bed, standard cable-ready T.V., a master bath with Jacuzzi tub, shower stall, and walk in closet.
The Second bedroom features 2 queen size bed. The Den/3rd bedroom has a T.V and queen sized bed and the Living Room features a flat-screen T.V. and an additional queen sized sofa bed.

The full kitchen comes equipped with a full refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, glassware, dishware, silverware, blender, dishwasher and even full size washer and dryer too!

Great stay...needs better internet

The Chart House Suites was an amazing stay. The condo was spacious and clean, and it was in a great location. The staff was absolutely wonderful and was always there if I needed anything. My only complaint is that I am a software developer that needs an almost constant connection to the internet, and the wifi/broadband was too slow for me to get any work done while I was there. Other than that it was an amazing place to stay in Clearwater and I highly recommend staying if you can use your phone for an internet connection.

Lovely location, architecture and apartment in well served rental building. Space and view are the highlights. 4+ décor. Weaknesses are discontinuous WiFi and plumbing: unable to use master bedroom shower 2/4 nights.
