We were a group of 7 adults and 2 kids. We all had a very comfortable stay here. Kitchen is stocked with enough cutlery, variety of condiments, basic spices, etc. All appliances were working and are well maintained. We couldn’t get to using spa tub and the barbecue grill during our short stay. Overall, loved the property.
Wonderful stay for six adults, three children and dog! Toiletries in every bathroom, extra kitchen supplies/food, welcome basket, fully fenced yard and working hot tub. Thank you!
Really easy to communicate with the property management who were super helpful, kind and understanding with a giant snow storm coming, letting us check in early and offering a discount on an extra night. Great central location.
Great place! Exceeded my expectation, had everything we needed for the weekend and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need for our weekend trip. can’t recommend this place enough.
The house was perfect for a weekend getaway. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard, and sitting in the hot tub at night was the perfect place to look at the stars. The home was clean and spacious with great kitchen amenities. Would recommend for any couples or families looking for a Tahoe trip
The House was great for our whole family with lots of Bedrooms, Bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, Parking, lots of amenities and a big hot tub. Convenient location near resorts & town. We would gladly stay here again.
Beautiful home, great layout with multiple suites and special nooks (loft, game corner). Perfect for families with plenty of room to gather together and also have separate quiet spaces. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We appreciated the attention to detail from the curated home decor to the helpful signage to the festive holiday decorations. Thank you!
Loved the house. Was nice to have a fenced in yard for my dog and enjoyed the hot tub. It was an easy walk to the lake and short drive to Tahoe city. Nice rooms and bathrooms.
We had a great ski weekend at the house, which is conveniently located between Palisades and Northstar. It’s also a quick 5 minute drive into Tahoe City. The house has a great setup and is perfect for a group of family/friends. Can’t wait to go back!
Very spacious home, well-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, well-maintained hot tub. Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and linens. Bathrooms were clean and nice. Great rental home and rental company was very engaged. Would definitely come back!

July stay
Lawn needed mowing, pruning also needed, other than that it suited our needs well
This property had everything we needed and more! It is well equipped and we loved that we could walk to the Lake Forest Beach which never seemed crowded. We did the float down the river which the young children enjoyed along with our dog. Don't hesitate to book this lovely house.
The property was well represented in the Vrbo online add. We enjoyed the home and location. The property mgmt company provided detailed information, plenty of pre-trip information regarding the property and check-in.outprocesses. Very good experience. All of us agreed we would book the property again.
I was most impressed with the amount of amenities the host provided, especially in the kitchen. Many times there hasn’t even been salt and pepper in the cupboards. Here, however, there were a multitude of spices, filters for the coffee pot, and even mayo, mustard, etc., in the refrigerator. There was an abundance of dishes and cutlery so that we didn’t have to constantly wash a minimum of dishware. There was also shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in all the showers, cleansers, hairspray, sprays, etc., in all the bathrooms.I would say the only negative was the fact that there was no air-conditioning in the home, which I understand is more the norm and Tahoe. It did happen to be hot and since doors and windows needed to be shut because of the thread of bears, the house did get stuffy. However, once again, there was an abundance of fans to help cool us off.Overall, this was a very good experience

We are so glad the guests enjoyed the many amenities provided throughout the home and had a wonderful overall experience.
As the guests mentioned, air conditioning is uncommon in many Tahoe homes, as our mountain temperatures typically cool considerably in the evenings. We do want to clarify for future guests that windows can be opened while guests are home, which is one of the best ways to cool the house down after a warm summer day. Windows and doors should simply be secured whenever the home is left unattended due to our local wildlife. The home also provides fans for those warmer Tahoe days and nights.
We appreciate the guests taking the time to share such detailed feedback and are so pleased they enjoyed their stay!
