Very comfortable holiday home in a splendid enviro

We rented this house based on the descriptions given in the home away website. When we arrived it appeared that the owner normally lives in this house and he occasionally rents his house. We were very lucky that we could rent this location because the quality of the house, the rooms and furniture were even better than advertised. We were very heartily welcomed by the owner in his nice garden and there was even a trampoline for the kids. They enjoyed it! If you are lucky you can enjoy the fruits from his garden. All beds were already done with blankets, so after arrival we could immediately enjoy our holidays! Also important: the house was very clean. Plouer sur Rance is a very quiet place but is located near the very attractive towns of St Malo, Dinard and Dinant and the magnificent coastal area. All in all, the 5 stars are well deserved!

un accueil chaleureux et exceptionnel

Jean François est un propriétaire super sympathique qui nous a surpris par sa gentillesse dès notre arrivée : cidre et gâteau breton nous attendaient et en prime nous avons eu droit à la visite des alentours de la maison et des premiers sentiers de ballades. la maison est magnifique, spacieuse et bien agencée, très bien entretenue, au milieu de la nature à 2 mn à pied de la Rance et de certains sentiers de ballade. Un cadre de rêve sans vis à vis. le propriétaire est un passionné de sa région et a à coeur de vous la faire découvrir. Il nous a fait une check-list pour toutes les ballades intéressantes, les meilleures boulangeries et crêperies et n'a pas hésité à revenir le lendemain pour nous montrer d'autres ballades. Pour une première, c'est vraiment une réussite et nous comptons bien sûr renouveler l'expérience. mon appréciation arrive tardivement puisque nous avions loué en aout 2014 mais j'avoue que c'est un oubli.. Patricia Daniel Jacky Anne et les nombreux hôtes qui ont fait une halte durant ces deux semaines de vacances
