Welcome to your vacation home in Narragansett for this summer. It features many recent renovations including new furniture and mattresses, updated bathrooms, and an oversized outside deck for family dinners outside.

This property is a 2 mile drive to the areas many beaches in Narragansett and about 15 minute drive to Jamestown and Newport. Ice cold air conditioning will keep you comfortable in the evening. Plenty of parking available.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom total and plenty of space for entertaining. Plenty of restaurants and activities in the area will guarantee your stay is delightful.

Quiet location close to beach and Jamestown

Nice house to just relax with family. Neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to restaurants, grocery and gas station. Only minutes from Narragansett beach and Jamestown. Owner was very good at making himself available, replied to messages very quickly too.I would absolutely stay here again!

The house is in a great location. It was very clean and as described. The ac was nice! The beds were comfy but at least one queen or king size bed would be nice.

Cozy Getaway

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. Jason was so accommodating with us and very responsive. The home was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the location that allowed us to visit many Rhode Island staples without long drives. The home felt very comfortable and the central AC/ laundry room was a plus. We will definitely book again whenever we visit.

Comfortable and quiet relaxing getaway

Jason was wonderful with his communication. The house was perfect for our week long visit, awesome having 2 bathrooms and enough space for everyone to have their own room. There were a couple essentials we had to pick up on our own but otherwise comfortable and relaxing stay. Great place to unwind after a busy day of the beach and other activities! Will plan to stay again

The pros: We loved the location! Nice quiet beautiful area and yet close to restaurants, drug stores, gas stations and small grocery store. About 25 mins to Newport. The house has lots of space!! The cons: This is an older home in need of repairs. It really needed a deep cleaning and bug exterminator services. We killed 5 spiders and a millipede. Also, this is not a home for those who have mobility issues, there are a lot of steps with 8” risers. The heat kept fluctuating and wouldn’t stay on a hold setting. We came in one day and it was sitting at 80, we didnt set it to that. While the listing said we had access to a washer and dryer, the dryer didn’t work, we were not informed of this and were left with wet clothing the night before our flight. Had we known the dyer wasn’t working, we wouldn’t have used the washer. The owner only said he had a new one coming. No apologies, nothing. All we needed was a simple notification beforehand. I don’t normally leave bad feedback, but this is my experience. It is an adequate home if you just need a quiet place.

Perfect location-Brickley's awesome ice cream in walking distance

Very relaxed family vacation, thanks to owner Jason! You receive an email with all your details to get in the house, connect to Wi-Fi and even know when to take the trash out. We enjoyed the large deck and huge grill immensely. The house is in a perfect location for everything you do on vacation from going to a beach, park, shop or get ice cream. We couldn't believe the conveniences we had nearby for the cost of the rental. Yes, the house is older and still needs some updating but we were very happy and relaxed the enitre time. The house has one TV but plenty of channels. The downstairs section still needs some work with uncovering the AC vents and maybe relocation the washer and dryer. But we thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to return for another multi-family reunion.
