Great place for a family of 4 (two adult children). Everyone had their own space. All amenities were as described or possibly better. Great location within a short drive of many of the sites we wanted to see in RI. Thankful for the great communication from the host.

Clean, well stocked house with plenty of room to spread out and plenty of tvs. Good communication with host. Close to the beach. Beach passes were nice. You just need to park in the West parking lot. The other parking lots are for residents only. That would have been helpful to know. We tried a couple of the host's recommended restaurants and they were good.

Stayed here, so we could visit Newport for my wife's 50th birthday with 2 other couples. The home was extremely clean and fully stocked with anything, you could think of. The home was even nicer than the pictures showed. I look forward to staying here again on a future visit.

Attractive and well kept home

Our family of five had a wonderful stay! The hosts were responsive and kind. The house and backyard were very well kept and met all our needs, leading to a wonderful Spring break getaway.

We stayed here for our daughter’s URI graduation weekend. The proximity to the university was perfect! The house was a great size for our family of 6 and we loved having the different spaces for everyone to spread out. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The yard is great and the neighborhood was quiet. I had had a crazy week going into this weekend and forgot a few things. Thankfully, those things were provided! Pleasant surprise. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

We (4 sisters) stayed here for a birthday trip. The house was very welcoming the moment we walked in. It was very clean. We all had our own bed. The space was so well planned out and there was plenty of room. A beautiful kitchen with everything you could want or need. Two coffee makers with provided coffee pods, toaster, all the pots and pans and bowls etc. There were even herbs and salt and pepper there to use. The bathrooms were very clean and had everything shampoo, conditioner, body soap. There was even a new toothbrush and toothpaste in the drawers. The living room had a huge sectional with plenty of room for many people to relax and nice end tables and coffee table. There were 7 tvs in the house so for people who like to watch tv at night or who have kids no problem. The house was nicely decorated and there wasn’t too much stuff, so plenty of room to put your things. It’s in a great little neighborhood you could take walks in. But still close to all kinds of things. Grocery’s, restaurants, beaches and activities. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful & Cozy Property

5 day trip to Rhode Island & area

I can't begin to thank Eric enough for the awesome stay in Narragansett! His place was beautiful and well equipped. We did not eat any meals there so I can't speak about that but the rest was great. Our friends stayed upstairs and we stayed downstairs - each couple had privacy. Don't hesitate on renting this unit. No regrets

Quaint, Spacious and Everything We Needed!

Property is in a quiet neighborhood. House had everything we needed - and even small toiletries were available. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Having beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas made packing so much easier! The outdoor shower is one of my favorite. Ping pong table and fire pit were a hit with my daughters! Host answered my questions in timely fashion. Easy check in and check out. We plan to be back!!!

Thanksgiving stay with my young adult kids = PERFECT

My daughter attends Univ of Rhode Island so we decided as a family to visit her for the Thanksgiving holiday. We traveled from Philadelphia and Florida to stay at this lovely home in Narragansett to celebrate the holiday together. The house has been renovated and is lovely inside. The kitchen is fully stocked so cooking and meal prep was no problem. The range is a nice size with gas burners. There's a ping pong table in the basement that we enjoyed during our stay as well as other games in the closet. Beds are comfy, wifi is good, location is fantastic in a quiet neighborhood. Showers and baths are nicely finished with lots of towels for everyone. Washer/dryer is a plus! Communication with the owner was easy, he was very responsive to any of my questions and even gifted us a bottle of wine upon our arrival! Highly recommend!

This home is a lovely property where the host really gets the vacation mindset. We had everything we needed and felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. It was 100F at our arrival and the AC was the best I’ve ever experienced at a rental. The beds were comfortable and the downstairs shower was exceptionally well done. We walked around the adorable neighborhood to the small beach, perfect for small children. We ran into many friendly neighbors who shared their favorite fishing spots. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to return!

Super charming 3 bedroom home, co.plete with shampoo, soap and things you may need. Host was very communicative and had a book with helpful tips on things to do and restaurants. Highly recommend! My 17 year old said the only thing that would make it better was a hot tub!
