The perfect setting for your beach vacation! This Oceanside townhouse is located on the best beach in Bethany just south of Indian River Inlet and backing up to the quiet, picturesque dunes of the Delaware Seashore State Park. A wide private beach just a few steps from your door. This four level beach house includes a front deck and two rear decks with dune and ocean views. First floor efficiency sleeps up to four and has a small kitchenette and bathroom. The second level has a newly remodeled full kitchen, living room and dining area as well as a bedroom and bathroom. Third level includes a bathroom and two small bunk rooms that sleep up to six. The master bedroom on the top floor has an expansive, mile long view of the shoreline. Includes an outdoor shower and parking for up to four cars. The common area has tennis courts, a playground for kids and a large covered gazebo that can be used for cookouts or crab feasts.

Great place for a beach vacation

Delighted with this rental. So close to the beach! The tennis courts and childrens' playground are in excellent shape. It's in a family-oriented neighborhood that is extremely quiet. The listing is quite accurate. As you can see from the photos, the dining area would be somewhat crowded if eight or more people wanted to have a sit-down meal at the same time, but there is room on the deck for any overflow. All the furniture, beds, and appliances are in good shape, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Would rent this place again without any hesitation.

We have been staying in Tower Shores for years. This home was the best we have stayed in by far. Very family friendly and close to the beach. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Close to beach stay

We had a wonderful time. Beach is so close and Greg always takes care of any problems right away.It was our second year staying there and it’s great if you have a lot of children because it’s close to everything.

Great Location

Really nice place to spend a couple of days right on the beach. Everything in the home was clean and ready for us when we got there. It was really nice to sit on the beach-side porch and look out over the ocean.

Great home base for our stay at the beach.

Our group of six women enjoyed staying here! The owner was excellent in responding to a plumbing issue, getting it repaired immediately. We loved walking right out onto the beach and walking to Matt's for dinner.

Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the views of both the ocean and bay from the balconies, the children enjoyed the playground, and everyone enjoyed the incredibly close beach access. The location and accommodations allowed for us to safely socially distance while enjoying our vacation. The well-equipped kitchen even offered a variety of sharp knives for food prep, a rarity in vacation rentals. We would certainly stay here again.

Great stay on the beach

The house was accurate to listing, well-maintained with all amenities in good working condition. It is very close to a lovely, quiet, private beach (not on the water, but about a 30 second walk). The house had plenty of room for the nine of us with enough seating in the living room and at the table. The grill in the backyard worked wonderfully. The house came equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, tennis rackets, and a few other beach toys/games. It was a great place to stay and made our week very enjoyable!

Location .. location .. location

The kitchen was a little small for our family of 10.. the guys like to cook little counter space but we made it work .. what we love renting Tower Shores is its so close to the beach .. no crossing highways .. it’s right there … big beach .. not crowded ! Unfortunately don’t think we can rent next year .. we can’t do all the steps .. lots of steps to get to the master room ..

We've stayed at many Atlantic Watergate condos in the past. All the same, but different. 57 has a great entry level layout. I like that the main floor layout kept the bedroom where some others were turned into dining rooms. The 2 bedrooms divided by the pocket door was nice too.

Relaxing and quiet

The place was perfect for our family. The beach is a few steps away. We really enjoyed how quiet it was and how the beaches didn't have big crowds being private. It was nice to do laundry before we left so it was one less thing to do when returning home. Everything was within 5-10 minutes and ocean city was about 15 minutes straight away. We appreciate the hospitality!!
