Trade in stressful city noise for the rustling of pine trees in the wind and enjoy being a million miles away from your problems. When you need a change of scenery, hop in the car and head to Port Angeles for some shopping and dining. More adventure awaits in Victoria, which is only a quick ferry ride across the Canadian border!

The split level layout provides ample room for all ten guests of Meadow and Mountain Retreat. Let the kids play some games in the hideaway above the living room, as you enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace and chat with friends back home with the free WiFi. Use the well-equipped kitchen to whip up a delicious meal for your loved ones, which you can savor at the dining table or with some fresh air on the deck. Afterwards, the ample living dining kitchen space invites conversation for the adults while the lower level family room invites others to spread out and relax.

This was a great spot for exploring the peninsula. Port Angeles had everything we needed. The house was in a fun location with deer wandering thru the yard. Quite a bit of space for us to wind down after hiking.The only thing that was missing was a recycling bin.

Quite location and great for families

This property would work best for families with kids. the kitchen is well equipped. There aren't many bedside lights, so I suggest you bring something from home that works for you.

beautiful place in near Olympic NP

Everything was great with the home. The only less than perfect aspect of cleanliness was a number of spiders, spider webs up high, and dust on higher surfaces, but these may be more attributable to the time of year, the climate in this area, and the possibility that we were the first people in the property for a while. Who knew that hiking in the rain forest was a fun winter activity?!?

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. Very secluded which was nice and long driveway with plenty of parking for our group. The house is dated but comfortable. The lack of TV surprised me. There is only 1 tv upstairs and it only has dvd hooked to it. Its a smart tv but no tv remote provided. A few hundred bucks for a couple tvs would make it better but we all loved the house and the wildlife walking around tge property was cool. We will rent this place again.

Spacious, modern home

Fit 7 of us very comfortably. Well-stocked, modern kitchen. Lovely living room windows look out onto a field--great for wildlife viewing. Very clean. Great hardwood floors. Board games, TV, Bose stereo, washer/dryer available. Loved the quiet neighborhood.
