Sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and gas grill. 100 ft dock with 40 feet of private beach. Fabulous views and sunsets. 3 miles to Grand Haven and Lake Michigan. Public access to launch a boat near by at Petty's Bayou. Off street parking for 3 vehicles. Near bike path, tennis and basketball courts. Families only, no pets, no smoking.
Weekly rental during June-September with monthly winter rental available.

Great location and beautiful sunsets!

Our family had a great time at the cottage. We did have a few days of rain and wind but we just took day trips to Holland and Grand Haven. The decks were great and cottage well stocked with everything you need. We lucked out with the temperatures being a little cooler since no air but the fans in all the rooms were perfect.

Spring Lake Getaway

Inviting & clean with a newly renovated attractive kitchen & first floor bathroom, this cottage offers other great features as well. Kayaking from the dock, observing the ongoing parade of passing boats, and absorbing breathtaking sunsets were highlights of our trip. Conveniently situated near area attractions, welcome entertainment was easily reached. We enjoyed the many biking and hiking trails, Grand Haven State Park and Musical Fountain, outdoor concerts, and decent restaurants, especially the deck at Noto's at the Bil-Mar.

Wonderful Week at Spring Lake

My sisters and I loved our stay at this cottage. Having visited Spring Lake as kids in the 1950's, we had some vague memories of it and made new ones. The cottage was perfect. Clean and comfortable with beautiful lake views from inside and on the decks. We dipped our toes in the lake from the dock and enjoyed watching the wildlife that often visited there. Explored the area shops, restaurants and hiking spots but were always happy to get back to the cottage and relax with our books, games and puzzles. We hope to return next year!

Perfect location for a 4th of July getaway!

My husband and I rented this house with my parents visiting from Florida and our 3.5 year old daughter over the 4th of July. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for a week away from home. We were able to launch our boat close by at Pettys Bayou and spent days out on the lake tubing and swimming. We could easily tie up to the dock for dinner and head back out for a sunset cruise before pulling the boat out for the evening. We were treated to almost 360 views of fireworks on the 3rd and 4th from lake neighbors and overall had an incredible time! Would definitely rent this house again.

Great location and view!

We had a lovely week in this home. Sunset views were amazing and the location was super convenient to get to the marina, grocery, restaurants, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked and spacious but we had to rewash a lot of the dishware and other cooking items before using them. The screened in porch and two decks allowed us to move around depending on how much sun we wanted-which was great! Mia was very quick to respond to question prior to our visit and as soon as we checked in. We would definitely consider staying in this home in the future!

Great Home on Perfect Water

We enjoyed our stay very much in this 4 bedroom home on the water. Having two decks was so nice as the beautiful Oak trees provide shade at different times. There is plenty of outdoor seating and we did a lot of entertaining of visitors. The kitchen looked small in the pictures, but more than served our purposes for lots of entertaining and self serve buffet lunches and dinners. We used the kitchen table for the spread, then ate outdoors. The house is fully stocked for all the entertaining and we even whipped up a couple batches of cookies. All cleaning supplies and linens, were provided, and having the washer and dryer were a huge benefit with the kids. A few points to note, all of Lake MI is at its highest levels, and the beach and walk out is gone. We had a 3 and 5 year old with life vests, and had to "make" steps for all of us to get in and out of the water out of the mason blocks. It worked great, but we had to make the lake accessible because the walkout is gone, and there is no ladder. We docked 4 jet skis, but travel with our own anchoring system, you cannot tie up to the dock. The dock worked great to fish off of, and sit and talk with your feet in the water. Also, there is only 1 bedroom on the main level and the stairs to upstairs are very steep. They have good hand rails, but elderly family would have difficulty, or would need to stay in the 1 bedroom on the main floor. There is no A/C, we were not inside much during the day and were very comfortable, but the nights got steamy upstairs to sleep even though there are fans and ceiling fans in every room., which did make it tolerable. The living room was great on our rainy day and the house was packed with kids water toys and indoor games. We played many games and cards on the 3 season porch, and with the windows open were very comfortable all the time. Mia was very responsive and answered all questions. We enjoyed the outdoor area so much, and the location of watching all the beautiful boats pass right by and the kids had a great time in the water, we would rent here again - even with no A/C.

Great Time on Spring Lake

We enjoyed this house on Spring Lake, Excellent location, the little beach area was great swimming for my little nephews and nieces. We rented Kayaks and Paddle Boards and it was easy to just paddle off into the lake. Had some nice runs and bike rides also. from the house. The house is great, amazing access to the lake. Mia and Chuck answered all of our questions quickly. The only issue is one night was a little hot and muggy and the fans in the house were not enough to keep us cool.
