This summer cottage rents Saturday to Saturday.... Rates cover 6 or less family members....Maximum 8 with the additional fee of $10 per day per person due at check in case number falls within the rate allowance.

This inviting and peaceful three bedroom, beautifully restored 1920's cottage is part of the Cole’s Park Beach Association which provides a private sandy beach a short walk down the street at Spring Lake where you can savor the sand in your shoes. The cottage has a large, comfortable front porch, tastefully furnished living room and dining room, wood floors, and lots of windows for sun. The well-appointed kitchen with its adorable blue stove invites you to have an old-fashioned eat-in meal on the Fiesta dishes. There is also a gas/ charcoal grill on the cute back yard patio for outdoor cooking. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite full bath. That means a full bath with laundry on the main floor and a step full bathroom upstairs in the master bedroom. The other bedrooms have full-size beds with an additional twin in one room. A Pac-n-Play is also available. Both bathrooms turquoise sparkle with cottage charm.
At the beach there are beach chairs and a picnic table at the Spring Lake beach. There are two different size kayaks, orange style life jackets and a wagon with beach toys that can be taken to the beach and then returned to the shed. The 100 feet of sand beach for swimming or sand castle building is next to a group of neighboring association boat docks that we not have access or permission to use. The cottage has wireless Internet, but no land line, so don’t forget your cell phone if you care to stay in touch. A TV/VCR/DVD and movies are available in the comfy living room. One of the best beaches on Lake Michigan is only a short drive away at Grand Haven State Park or the county park. While in Grand Haven, you can stroll along the waterfront, visit the many unique shops or dine at some of West Michigan’s finest restaurants. Cole’s Park is a great place for a family to gather for a vacation or a peaceful retreat for a couple. No smoking/ vaping is allowed in the cottage and no evidence outside.
RATES: Weekly rental Saturday to Saturday during the high Summer season. Rates are based on 6 or fewer family members with a maximum of 8 people with an extra fee for 7th and 8th persons at $20 per day per person. We offer a small family discount of $200 for 3 or fewer visitors.
PET POLICY: Only one dog is allowed (when at 6 or fewer visitors); certain breeds can not be accepted. A pet deposit of $250 must be paid with the house deposit. Deposits are held until after check-out and cleaning and returned within 10-14 days. A pet fee of $40/day in addition to the rental fee will be collected at check-in with an approved pet. Pet owners are responsible to remove ALL signs of the pet’s presence indoors and outdoors or the deposit will not be returned
