This apartment located in an old house with character, beachfront, charming, the sea is on the other side of the street, near the center of Thalasso therapy, very nice resort, ideal for visiting Normandy.
Spacious, 61 m2, fully renovated, overlooking a terrace and a flowery garden, enjoying a double exposure.
Large entrance with a cozy sleeping, overlooking the living room dining room, including an extending table buffet chairs, a sofa bed comfortable, TV stand, other small cabinet.
Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden.
A small hallway leading to the bedroom overlooking the street, double shutters, triple glazing, with a double bed, two bedside tables, dressing and other storage.
A small bathroom bath with shower.

Location présentant de vrais atouts (jardin et proximité plage), mais de nombreux points auraient dû être réglés avant notre arrivée : volets chambre condamné, placards encombrés d'affaires de la propriétaire, torchons troués/tachés, poêle inutilisable, traces dégâts des eaux au plafond, détecteur fumée H.S etc ... De plus nuisances sonores occasionnées par l'escalier en bois des parties communes qui passe au dessus du couloir de la location.Des améliorations devraient être envisagées : ajout de transats, coussins sur les chaises en bois du séjour...Nous avons trouvé que le prix de cette location ne correspond pas à la qualité des prestations constatées.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Uns hat der Garten und die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Leider war für uns das Bett etwas zu klein und das obwohl wir nicht sehr groß sind. Ansonsten war im Haus alles nötige vorhanden.

Notre souhait était de participer aux commémorations du 80eme anniversaire du débarquement. Le positionnement de notre logement était parfait pour rayonner sur les différents lieux. Très spacieux et agréable fort bien décoré cet appartement était juste parfait À recommander sans problème

Klasse Unterkunft mit schönem Garten in guter Lage

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Auch die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine Fußgängerzone, Bäcker, Restaurants und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Normandie. Sehr zu empfehlen! Familie Böhm

Comme des coqs en pâte

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette location confortable et agréable, Nous avons été surpris de voir que le logement était plus grand et clair que sur les photos. Il est très bien placé dans Luc sur mer et le jardin est très romantique et reposant. L'accueil a été parfait. seul Internet manquait, mais cela va être bientôt proposé. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Alles so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben: perfekt für den Urlaub zu zweit. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir problemlos durch die Wohnung in den Garten schieben. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vor der Tür.

Erg mooie woning, prachtige locatie

Communicatie verliep goed , prettig en duidelijk. Een hele fijne woning op een mooie plek met fantastische tuin op het zuiden. Je steekt de straat over en je zit op een heerlijk zandstrand. Goede uitvalbasis voor het bezoeken van de invasiestranden en alle Memorials.

Zeer compleet en verzorgd Frans huis. Heerlijke ommuurde tuin op het zuiden. Straat oversteken en je zit op het strand. Veel te zien in de omgeving. Leuk ingericht in de sfeer van de omgeving, zee strand maar ook comfortabel. Helaas geen internet!

Perfect French seaside retreat

The photos of the property do not do it justice as it is huge - especially for two - and full of character. Beautiful garden in which we ate most of our meals. Everything is there for a perfect holiday. Locally there are great restaurants within 150metres of your doorstep. The beach is opposite - 20 metres away. In August, it doesn’t get dark until 10pm and the locals have a lovely calendar of events such as beach volleyball played till late in the evening. A beautiful park is around the corner and a very reasonable market where food is really cheap - cheese, fresh fruit etc. All of this and one is within driving distance of all the attractions- we visited Giverny, Mont St Michel and drove through the Pays d’Auge. A deposit of 400 euros is payable at the start of the visit but is given straight back at the end. No dodgy dealings. I really cannot fault this little gem of a place in beautiful Normandy.
