Luxury Lakeview Condo

Welcome to our condo in the woods - though it's a condo, our guests often comment once they step inside they think they're in a cozy cabin. We're on 40 secluded, wooded acres on a ridge above town and the lakes. Looking for water views? Our deck affords expansive views of Shadow Mountain Reservoir, Mount Baldy and the snow capped mountain ranges. The 'townhome' style of our complex means we are in separate, staggered buildings, providing windows on three sides and plenty of trees, mountains and water to gaze upon. Enjoy the quiet of our park-like setting with the convenience of town within easy reach on foot or by bicycle. The gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park is just one mile from our door. We are on an 'elk run' and in the fall they bugle just below us. Other times of year expect to see bear and fox. Distinctively decorated, our condo has been completely remodeled down to the rafters. Our guests describe our property as 'cozy' and 'romantic.' Luxury amenities abound. This property is only listed on VRBO so if you find reference to it elsewhere it is likely a scam!

Great place to stay in Grand Lake! We have stayed in Grand Lake through VRBO 4 times now, this place may have the best view of them all! Great view out of the balcony. It was great that the balcony was covered, which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors and view in the rain.Overall great place, good communication with owners. Close to town, just a short drive and wildlife seen from the condo. The condo is updated and modern, good bathrooms and kitchen. Feels like a mountain cabin. We will consider staying here in the future!

We loved our stay, the view and fireworks from the deck on the 4th! Easy access to town, trails, kayaking, restaurants, grocery store and the community theatre. We will be back!

Great condo in a completely ‘get away from it all’ locale!

Owners take great attention to detail in making the stay rather enjoyable and worry-free. Views are fantastic. Location super convenient to RMNP and Grand Lake alike. Definitely prefer staying on this side of the park compared to Estes. All worked out great - thanks!

The condo is very cute very comfortable. We had a wonderful time playing games sitting on the patio. The pictures are exactly as the places communication was amazing. The owners are very sweet you won’t be sorry.

Great views with lots of nice extra’s

Loved the heated floor in second bath. Frame TV had impressive picture when not watching TV. Great barware, nice dishes, silverware, and glassware. Only negative is when moving in, you have to first go down stairs then up stairs to haul everything. Fireplace was thermostatically controlled which was nice on cool mornings. Would definitely consider staying there again if staying at Grand Lake. Very convenient to RMNP which was nice for entering without a pass before 9 am.

This condo was perfect in every way - top notch cleanliness, high-end decor, all the amenities of home, grand views and superb location to town and RMNP. Our 3 boys loved the array of games provided and said it was the best place we stayed on our 11 day trip around CO. Our hosts provided such detailed info for our stay that we never needed to contact them. Rob and Katie, you have definitely set the bar high! Thank you for a wonderful mountain experience from our Great Lakes family!

"Back Again and Loved It!

We have rented this cozy and beautiful condo numerous times both in the winter and summer due to our love of hiking and snowshoeing. When you instantly step inside you feel like it’s a “home away from home”. The decor and personal touches, as well as the luxury amenities make your stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular of the lakes and mountain ranges and whether you’re out for adventure or just coming for rest and relaxation, this condo will not disappoint. The owners are great to work with and whom want their guests to enjoy their property as much as they do. This condo is located in a quiet area and is near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Grand Lake which makes it very convenient. We would recommend this property and will be coming back again.

Great Place / Bad WiFi

We loved everything about the place, except the WiFi was terrible. There were nice Roku TVs, but we couldn't login into any of our subscriptions, like Netflix and Sling, because the WiFi was so bad. We ended up driving about 25 min (each way) to get movies from Redbox. I'm sorry to say so, but I probably would not stay there again because of this. Everything else about the place was great.

Very Clean, Calm, and Comfortable

Wonderful Views, Quiet Area, Updated and Clean accommodations. We have stayed here many times, and will return. Suggestions for cleaning crew: 1) Departing instructions indicate tenant is responsible to run dishwasher. There was no dish washing soap available.?? 2) There was no bar soap in the bathrooms, just body wash.?? 3) Departing instructions say to wash and dry towels/throw rugs. Dryer lint screen was very compacted with large amount of dryer lint. Shouldn't cleaners have discovered this before we arrived. For the price we paid, I really wasn't comfortable with our 'check list' to complete before leaving property................

We had an incredible family vacation in Grand Lake! The place had a fantastic view that we enjoyed several times throughout each day. The kitchen was fully stocked, and had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the views from our deck, and our guests have too! The million dollar setting prompted us to gut the interior and create the vacation rental we had always tried to find - rustic, but with great linens, towels and kitchen equipment.
