Cozy, spacious, and quiet 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Grand Lake, CO. 1536 sq feet. 5 5-10 minutes walking to downtown Grand Lake, Shadow Lake, restaurants, and shopping. 2.4 miles to West entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Close to Stillwater Pass, Granby Ranch, Winter Park (45 minutes). Lots of hiking, snowmobiling trails, ATV trails and jeeping. Quiet and private lot. Large driveway with plenty of room for ATV, snowmobile, boat and/or RV parking. Great sledding hill for kids right out the front door in the Winter. Helmet advised and please bring your own sled.

Post Pandemic Getaway

Great getaway

My two sister and daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. Plenty of space for everyone. Had everything we needed. The owners responded quickly when I had questions and even allowed us to check in early. We enjoyed Grand Lake and will return.

Grand Lake cabin near town

Wonderful property. Perfect for our group. Close to everything. Well-appointed, however one suggestion would be to have sharper knives and a cutting board for those families who prefer to cook while on their mountain vacation.

Great place in Grand Lake

Was a great place to stay in a beautiful setting. So much to do in the area we actually weren't there much so I wish we had more time. Seating arrangement was great plenty of room for all of us. We had 5 adults. The primary bedroom and ensuite is on first floor so easy to have some time together and alone time if desired. Host had great communication. Definitely recommend.

Family Winter Vaca

The property was very clean and organized. The owners were very responsive. I read another review that expressed that there are some aesthetic issues - I agree. Some remediation of remodeling efforts would be helpful. Although it doesn’t have those dreamy mountain views from a more elevated property, it was very comfortable, safe, roomy and very clean and so we felt blessed. The owners were very easy to work with and we had a great vacation.

If you like clean and well kept, this property is not for you!

The pictures of the house were deceiving. The house was very dirty and run down. Very poor workmanship. Grand Lake itself was lovely. We would not rent this property again.

Great location-close to downtown. Quiet. Great vrbo-nicely furnished and well equipped. There was one problem which was quickly addressed by the owner. The house was 55 degrees when we arrived and the new fireplace was not working. No central heat--only wall heating units in bedroom and small heater in the bathroom. The heat problem was fixed the next day--our last full day there. The place would be nice in the summer with nice deck and grill.

One of our favorite places to stay! Has everything you need, although we could have used one more box fan. Love the upgrades and the newer couch was much more comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well and the new carpet was super nice. Wished there were hooks to hang jackets, hats and bags on the main level instead of just when you walked in. The garage door opener didn't work, as we had to take the trash out during our stay, but my husband is handy and was able to fix it. Used the yard to play badminton and made s'mores at night. Great place to stay in Grand Lake!

The house is in a great location, just a short walk from downtown & the lake. It still feels very quiet and peaceful on the property. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and tools. Perfect for our small group’s stay!

Great location, needs slight renovations

We really liked our stay here & would likely book again! It’s a very easy walk into town & the common areas of the home were great. The knives are very dull in the kitchen & there were no sponges/brush to clean dishes with, but there were plenty of dishes and the dishwasher worked well! Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions & did their best to offer solutions. Thank you!

Great location in Grand Lake

We had a great visit in Grand Lake. The home is located in walking distance to downtown, close to RMNP and several trailheads for hiking. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic trip. Take note that there are stairs to get to the main level of the house where the kitchen is. This was no big deal for us other than having tired legs from hiking! Thanks for a great stay.

Grand Lake CO paradise

Beautiful home a short 10 minute walk from downtown Grand Lake (town and lake). Clean, cozy with everything needed. All accommodations were top notch. 10 minute drive from super fun snowmobiling and 25 minute drive from Hot Sulphur Springs. Communication with hosts over the top awesome! Will definitely be back!

Great for a quick weekend getaway.
