Modernes Haus nah am Meer

Sehr helles, modernes Haus mit großem Garten an sehr ruhiger Anliegerstrasse. Großer Sandstrand in Flip-Flop-Entfernung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert. Die Photos geben das Haus sehr gut wieder. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Location très agreable

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette villa tout confort. L'equipement de la maison est complet, les chambres sont tres agreables et la vue du premier etage est sublime. Rien ne manque: le calme, la mer à 2 pas et la piscine chauffée. La region est magnifique et encore une fois, une météo ensoleillée. Tout était réuni pour un super séjour. Merci encore à nos hôtes (merci pour la bonne adresse pour manger des crêpes).

Magnifique

Maison magnifique, encore plus belle que sur les photos! Nous avons passé un séjour superbe au calme. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée et les vélos à disposition. La magnifique plage des sables blancs est très facilement accessible à pied en longeant la côte en moins de 15 minutes.

Beheizter Pool und nette Vermieterin

Wir hatten die Villa über FeWo-direkt gefunden und dort konnte man auch einen Aufenthalt von Montag bis Samstag (12 Tage) statt der häufig üblichen 7-Tage-Intervalle von Samstag bis Samstag buchen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin stellte sich dies jedoch als Irrtum heraus. Per email wurde dann dennoch ein Aufenthalt über 12 Tage vereinbart und vom Vermieter ein Preis für 13 Tage festgesetzt. Die Buchung erfolgte dann irgendwie nicht über FeWo-direkt, sondern es wurde vom Vermieter ein Mietvertrag per email zugeschickt, in dem auch eine sehr hohe Kaution von 2.000 EUR vorgesehen war. Da die Vermittlung des Hauses am Ende nicht über FeWo-direkt abgewickelt wurde, waren wir bis zuletzt etwas unsicher, ob alles seine Richtig- und Gültigkeit hat. Die Anreise und Übergabe durch die sehr nette Vermieterin waren dann aber problemlos. Die Villa liegt am südlichen Rand einer (Ferienhaus)Siedling von Loctudy in zweiter Reihe am Meer, so dass vom Garten und vom 1. Stock ein schöner Blick auf das Meer vorhanden ist, das an dieser Stelle ein flaches zerklüftetes Steinufer bildet. Das Haus ist sehr groß, ziemlich neu, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Kinder hatten vorallem an dem wunderbaren beheizten Pool (28 Grad - was bei dem wechselhaften Wetter in der Bretagne herrlich ist!) und an einer Wii mit vielen verschiedenen Spielen großen Spaß. Ins Zentrum von Loctudy oder zum nächsten Supermarkt/Bäcker ist es zu Fuß zu weit. Aber die nächsten Strände sind zu Fuß in 10min und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Merci Christoph pour vos commentaires. La vue de l'étage, et notamment sur les iles Glénans, est effectivement magnifique. La piscine, la wii et les nombreux jeux disponibles (badmindton, football...) font le plaisir des grands et des petits. Nous regrettons que malgré tous nos échanges vous n'ayez pas compris que la location n'est possible que du samedi au samedi; les tarifs sont hebdomadaires et non journaliers. Nous avons exceptionnellement accepté une arrivée un lundi et vous avons consenti une remise. Quant à la caution, elle est clairement définie et stipulée dans le contrat de location.
