We're sorry that the spa (hot tub) heating did not meet your expectations. After you contacted us, we immediately canceled the spa heating service as requested and issued a full refund. Our property manager inspected the spa and the heater and confirmed that everything was functioning properly. When you reported seeing bugs in the garage, our property manager went to the home right away. The inspection found a small gap beneath the garage door that had allowed the pests to enter. The garage was cleaned, treated, and the issue was addressed promptly. Living in Florida, occasional insects can sometimes find their way indoors despite our regular professional pest control service, but we always respond quickly whenever a guest reports a concern. Regarding the odor you mentioned, this was reported during the stay. The home's HVAC filter was clean, and the property had been professionally deep cleaned shortly before your arrival. Had we been made aware of the concern during your stay, we would have been happy to investigate and address it immediately. As our home is located in Florida, occasional small insects can sometimes enter despite regular professional pest control treatments, especially during periods of heavy rain and warm weather.
