Welcome to visit our lovely Villa! Our villa has high-speed internet, Free WIFI good for any online working and studying. It has 6 bedrooms/5 en-suite masters(Three King beds, two Queen beds, two twin beds ), 5.5 bathrooms, and a large private pool and SPA. It is about 15 minutes to Disney World maingate, minutes away from many golf courses, and near all the major attractions.

The house is fully equipped with the amenities of your own home and with almost everything we could need ourselves. There is a screened private pool/spa with a safety fence for your relaxation.

Notes:
Pool heating is optional at $30/day or $175 per week plus 12% tax, recommended for October-April;
Gas grill use is optional $40/wk plus 12% tax;

We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly 24-hour support for our guests.

Our villa is situated on the Solana Resort Community which is located on the US27 between the 192 and the I4. The community is close to Disney, shopping areas, and several championship golf courses. Being close to the I4 gives easy access to the West Gulf Coast beaches as well as Busch Gardens, and North to Orlando itself and the Space Centre. Solana Resort features a truly superb, state of the art clubhouse with an impressive range of facilities: a Recreation Area; Internet Cafe. Fitness Room; Swimming Pool & Spa; Interactive Children's Water Play Area; Putting Green; Sand Volleyball; Soccer Field & Sundry Shop. Guests have FREE UNLIMITED USE of the Community facilities for the duration of their stay.

We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, a very safe neighborhood, and a central location to all of the places we wanted to visit. For six adults it was affordable, clean, and comfortable. We had plenty of cookware to prepare meals which was very appreciated.

Family & Friends Trip to Florida

Fantastic stay for a once in a lifetime trip with family and friends to experience Disneyworld and Universal Studios. The Villa was as described and provided ample space for 8 people. The faciliites were as described with good amenities nearby. Great location, for some privacy when needed but not too far from the parks.

The house was exactly as advertised. The rooms were beautiful, the beds comfortable, the pool/hot tub relaxing. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit and we will definitely stay here again if/when we come back. Our hostess was very responsive and we didn’t have any issues whatsoever.

Great for Families-close to Disney!!!

We had a family of 9 stay here and it was perfect!!! There was plenty of room for everyone!!! The beds are very comfy!!! Everything we needed was in the kitchen to cook for our family. Plenty of towels for everyone. There were some minor things that needed attention to make this a 5 star rental - but we would definitely stay again!!! Very close to Disney and away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando!!! Stores and restaurants are close too!!!

Family vacation

Our 3 grand daughters enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Each family had there own space for sleeping and bathroom. Washer and dryer helped to keep up with laundry everyone went home with clean clothes.

We stayed at this wonderful house for our first family reunion and we couldn't been happier. May the owner made everything easy and simple since the beginning of our reservation. Great neighborhood and floor plan

This property is in a beautiful area and well managed; everything was just as described. There was plenty of space for all of us and a whole lot of bathrooms! We had small children with us so the baby fence around the pool was appreciated as well as the playground on property. The neighborhood was quiet at night. We would definitely stay there again. An enjoyable stay for a family of nine

We had an amazing time at the property. It came as advertised. All the rooms were clean and the pool was well kept and well used by our family. May was easy to deal with and responded to enquires quickly. It was about 45 minutes to Universal at the time we went but it wasn’t unreasonable. Check-in was quick. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience for the entire family.

Orlando owes us NOTHING

Nice subdivision with all attraction close by. Wifi is not good but neither is seevice with mynown service provoder for my phone. It was noce to come to a home away from after long fun filled days. The game room located in the garage was extremely but the pool made up for any inconvenience with that. If you have a family you'll enjoy this home.

Listing was misleading

Listing was labeled Downtown Orlando. The property wasn't in the same county as Orlando. I assumed the map pinpoint was accurate. During heavy traffic the property was over an hour from downtown Orlando. Once I realized the mistake it was too late to find another suitable property. The property itself was just OK. All the furniture was beat up, the shower drain required plunging.

Great getaway

I booked this property for my travel group getaway. The house was very clean & accomodating for everyone with enough space for adequate privacy. We experienced a problem with the a/c that was resolved within 24 hours. The location was a short drive to shopping & restaurants. The one thing that made no sense was the additional optional fee to heat the pool/jacuzzi. I didn't pay it because it was indicated that it likely would be warm due to the temperture outdoors, well it wasn't. Nevertheless we made lemonade out of lemons & enjoyed ourselves. I do however believe that both should be inclusive within the price. Otherwise great place, the owner, Mai is very responsive to concerns if any. I would stay here again.

Nice house that needs updated

Property was nice. ALL the mattresses that our family slept on need to be replaced! We used 5 of the 6 bedrooms and those mattresses sunk in the middle and became uncomfortable after a week. Also, there were little black bugs EVERYWHERE! I'm not sure if thats a Florida thing, but it was gross. Like the house is infested with them. There was mold in some of the bathrooms and it was obvious that there are several repairs that need to be made. Also, the floors were dirty when we got there because our feet turned black while walking barefoot. Had to sleep with box fans at night because they jad a rule about the temperature. The house served its purpose, but it definitely needs some TLC from the owners!

Unfortunately this home was not as expected. The furniture was worn and dated and the couches had very visible wear, one was even coming apart. The bed linens were worn and did not appear to be clean at all. There are six bedrooms but only six towels in the entire house. The blender did not work at all and neither did the toaster. The pool area was filthy when we arrived and we had to clean it up. The prior tenants left a load of trash on the side of the house that smelled and was attracting flies. Also we went two days without cable tv because apparently the bill wasn't paid. After our stay it took the owner a month to return my deposit monies. After several excuses why it was taking so long I finally received my money a month later. I would not recommend this home to anyone.
