Great location and we’ll-stocked

The owner was easy to communicate with and the property was ready for an early check-in. It was well supplied with towels and linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the refrigerator leaks. It leaks from the freezer into the fridge and then all over the place. I put a bowl in to catch it and that was better. We didn’t report it to the owner so i didn’t take off any stars. I have no other complaints!

Great property, iffy communication

The property was great. The location was fantastic, secure and provided easy access into town. The property itself was stocked with 2 bath towels, one hand towel and two wash cloths per bathroom. In the kitchen, there were dishes, a coffee pot, one frying pan, one boiling pan and a filtered water dispenser (at sink). There is a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The beds are comfortable and the balcony is ample sized. The master bed has a ceiling fan; the second bedroom the fan was broken but a stand up fan was provided as an alternative. The property manager wasn’t that helpful. When I made the reservation, I asked a few initial questions: does the property have access to kayaks or paddle boards (for example). They redirected me to contact the front desk of the building. The fact that they are available but only if being a paid rental I would have expected the property manager to be aware of. Another weird thing is that they sent me check in instructions from an email address that I flagged as Spam when it first came through. Why would I look for communications from “RVP” when I was booking through VRBO direct? Because of this, we failed to bring some necessary items, (beach towels) and ended up standing outside of the unit for about 45 minutes before we could track down the property manager. I expected communications through VRBO, especially since I’m paying a fees for the confidence and convenience of a single point of communication. Once I got ahold of the property manager (the 52# in VRBO reservation doesn’t connect to anything), they were helpful in getting me the information I needed.

Hi Della - Not sure why you didn't like my help directing you to the concierge service desk when you asked about kayak / paddle board rentals? That's where you need to go to rent these items. You asked me and I responded with directions. Seems helpful to me. When you made the reservation you immediately received an email confirming the booking and it reads "I will be emailing you a week before your arrival with check-in details" Once again, everything was done correctly and on time so you would have a flawless check-in. Apparently, you didn't even bother to look on VRBO for your check-in instructions before traveling. When I book through travel websites or direct with hotels, I make sure I have my check-in instructions before just showing up. Maybe that would have triggered you to reach out to me and let me know you didn't have them. Please don't take my response the wrong way but I always feel the need to defend myself and my business when someone points the finger and takes no responsibility for a few issues that could have been prevented if the traveler did their part as well. Accident waiting to happen

The balcony banister is so low, it came up just under my waist (I'm 5'8"), making it very easy for someone that does not walk well or have great balance to fall over. The banister also has a ledge on it, enticing my two toddlers to climb on it. Even though I I told them not to climb, I had anxiety the entire time! So if you have little kids, I would not recommend staying here. Additionally, I was told the master bedrooms couch was a sofa sleeper but it is not. The actual sofa sleeper (which is in the common area) was so uncomfortable, the cushions lean down making you slip off when you sit.

The Sonoran sea is our favorite complex. David's condo was very comfortable. We cook a lot of our meals. Plenty of plates and accessories make it very usable. we will stay there again.

Condo is attractive and welcoming without a lot of over embellished decorating! We loved it. Check in was very easy, A/C in condo was already on and comfortable which was nice after a long hot drive from Phoenix. Views are spectacular. Bed in master was VERY comfortable. We enjoyed our relaxing time at the Senoran Sea condo's. This condo unit had awesome views. The beds were comfortable and we all had great sleeps. Also the rest of the kitchen setup was great as we did prepare most of our breakfast and lunches. We enjoyed some really awesome food at the restaurant on the property. It was very handy having a choice of restaurants close by and we took advantage of them for our dinners out. We did have a small issue with the toaster (didn't work), and the property manager was on it and we had a replacement within hours of letting him know. I would stay at this unit / resort property again.

Fantastic Condo

We have stayed at this resort before except it was with a different owner and on the 6th floor. This condo was cleaner, had better furnishings, and a far better view. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay close to town but not so far away that you have to drive for ages. David was also extremely accomodating and took our booking on very short notice. I even had to call to get info from him and he answered immediately and took care of all of my questions. Great guy! Thanks again for the amazing stay David!!!
