Absolutely wonderful condo. The decor was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved being able to be steps away from the pool and beach. Definitely looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful home and so close to the beach and pool! Lots of space and amenities!!The pool and beach are steps away and so convenient!!! Plenty of kitchen gadgets and lots of space throughout the entire place! We slept 7 very comfortably.Covered parking, also. Very close to BLue Mountain Beach restaurants and easy drive to Seaside/Watercolor.

I cannot say enough about how great everything was. Plenty of space for everyone. Perfect location to pool and beach. It was so nice not having to pack beach towels, and beach toys for the kids. There is literally everything you need. Very nice family oriented community not so “touristy” for lack of a better word. We booked for the week but only stayed 3 days because of Hurricane Isaias. This did not change anything for us though, we will definitely be back. Maybe not during hurricane season lol.

This beach front property on the first floor was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. With 3 king bedrooms and a bunkroom, grandparents, kids, and grandkids all fit perfectly into the unit. The access to the pool was a perfect situation for the grandkids. We had a great time and definitely would stay here again.

Our family has vacationed in this area for decades; this property is hands down our favorite, with this specific unit the clear winner. It’s is the absolute ideal unit for a family with young children due to proximity to the pool; making snacks, nap time & bathroom breaks a breeze. The unit was spotless, extra amenities abundant (beach towels, toys, soap, detergent, etc). Ashely (the property manager) was quick with responses & very helpful with any issues. We will definitely be back. If there is ever any availability!

Our second stay here

This property is perfect for young families with little kids. Ground floor and walk out to the beach and pool is so convenient. The location is awesome to get to restaurants or shopping quickly.

Perfect Girls trip

Amazing Fall Break Stay

We LOVED our stay at Family Tides! Incredible unit and location! Ground floor and just a few steps to the pool and beautiful Santa Rosa Beach were perfect for everyone but especially the kids! I highly recommend! We will be back!!!!!!!
