You can park your car and walk to all that Folly has to offer. Completely restored top to bottom, the home features high, 10-14 foot ceilings, 650 Sq Ft of living space, beadboard walls, sash-weighted windows and hardwood floors throughout. A classic beach house, but fully renovated. The delicious Chico Feo restaurant with live music is next door, enjoy the fun and vibrant atmosphere just steps away!

The bathroom has been updated with modern fixtures and a large walk-in shower. The retro kitchen has cement counters, a GE Profile gas cook top, and a very cool refrigerator (pun intended). Central heat and air make this classic cottage even more comfortable. Truly a vacation home for any season.

Perched high on a hill, the home is a delight to stay in. With one queen sized bed, the house is cozy just for two people to spend the night and enjoy the beach life. The living room opens to the sunroom and small front porch where there is plenty of space and creates the perfect reading spot.

Covered back porch is right off kitchen and opens to side yard. Two outdoor showers (hot and cold water) are convenient for a quick rinse after beach activities. Wi-fi internet and an iPod player are our tech and entertainment options. Books and puzzles are highly encouraged.

124 East Cooper is strictly non-smoking and not pet-friendly. **Detached 3rd porch near back parking spot is gated & for owner use only!** Amenities include free Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, stove top, outdoor shower, central heat and air conditioning, parking for up to 1 vehicles, and 24-hour emergency on-call staff. Property does not include a TV, oven, nor microwave. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
