About this property

Cozy log cabin on 1 acre -- has that mountain feel with the ease of being within minutes to town, recreation and National Park. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, finished basement, mountain views, large deck, open floor plan, gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The finished sq. feet is 2558. It sleeps 10 people in 3 bedrooms (1 Queen+twin bunk bed (main), 1 Queen (upstairs), 1 Twin (main)); one full-size futon (upstairs loft); and Twin bunk beds and a Queen pull-out coach in basement. The master bedroom has it's own 3/4 bathroom and the other two rooms share a second updated 5-piece bathroom. There is also an additional half bath on main level and 3/4 bath in basement. The main floor has a nice configuration with the living room, dining area and kitchen all open to each other. The gas fireplace is located in the living room. Deck off the back with a new natural gas grill for relaxing while taking in all of the beautiful mountain scenery. Fire pit with benches for conversation and s'mores, weather dependent!

Quiet locale, yet close proximity to town, lakes, hiking and snowmobiling trails, golf course, Nordic Center, sledding hill and Rocky Mountain National Park - we're talking minutes to all of it!

Christmas getaway.

Nice cottage , clean, lots of room and cozy. Close to outdoor activities for everyone. Would definitely recommend and come back to visit in the summer. Thank you Zach .

Lake Getaway

Property was great, quiet and cozy, beautiful views. Enjoyed the location and distance from downtown Grand Lake. Zach was great and his response time to any questions were very quick. Was really cool seeing Mother Moose and her baby the day we arrived. Loved the open plan of the kitchen, dining and living room. Place was very clean and tidy! Would definitely come back sometime.

Wonderful place to stay

Great house for our group of 7 teens and adults. Spotless, comfortable, well equipped, fun games to play, peaceful area but close to grand lake with all amenities. Highly recommend!
