We had a great stay at Barry’s property! The house was very clean upon arrival. The pool was awesome! We enjoyed the boat dock and fish cleaning station. The outdoor shed was nice to keep our fishing equipment in and the ice maker was a bonus! The only complaint is the bugs outside (No-see-ums), however I understand this is hard to prevent and would recommend bringing bug spray. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here!

This house is well kept, has everything you need in the kitchen, pool and hot tub are amazing. There's plenty of room in the living room and sun room. Bedrooms are spacious with large closets. Shopping and multiple restaurants are nearby. Owner is wonderful to work with!

one of my favorite rentals in the keys so far. the owner was easy to communicate with, check in and check out were simple, all the facilities worked extremely well, and there was a ton of parking

Celebrating Birthday

Property was wonderful, very clean and located in a nice area. Pool was wonderful and we used it everyday. Host checked on us to make sure all was good. Really enjoyed the visit and would not hesitate to book again.

Great house for family vacation

What a great place and host. Barry was wonderful and made our stay at his slice of paradise so easy. We loved the house and it was perfect for our family vacation. The house was stocked with amenities and the pool, hot tub and back dock made our stay wonderful. Thanks for everything and we will be back for another great time.

Wonderful stay

The property and house was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, we could have asked for better. We definitely used the pool to our advantage. The knats can get bad, I would bring bug spray or candles to help with them.

Paradise on Grouper

Owner maintains his property, amenities are as listed. It's a little taste of paradise outside the rat-race of US-1. We thoroughly enjoy this rental and working with the owner. Very nice neighbors also adds to the rental.

Amazing place!

Our family of 4 loved our week stay here, the home is decorated great- comfortable beds and the pool/dock area is awesome! Barry could not have been more helpful. It’s conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing & Perfect

Amazing property! Has everything you need or want! Not a thing more you could to to make it better except stay longer! Brought 24 ft boat and jet ski, had plenty of room for both in parking and on dock.

Property was perfect for us. House was in a location we like & the parking was wounderful! If you know anything about this area you know parking can be tough if you have several family members coming in seperate vehicles. Will definitely stay again In the future.

This is the second year we have stayed at Barry’s beautiful home! Everything is as pictured. Just the spaciousness of the home is remarkable, but then there’s the gorgeous pool and hot tub that is so relaxing after a long day of fishing. We love having use of a private dock with fish cleaning station and ice house! It is just the perfect place to stay to meet our needs. I will say the bed linens probably need to be upgraded just due to usage; however, we will be back next year!!

Great Keys Location!

The property was fantastic! Great location for visiting the Florida Keys! The property was great for relaxing, the pool was nice to cool off in and being on the canal was at! We had fish visiting every morning and manatee one morning and were able to feed them lettuce! It was so fun! Barry is great! Very responsive and quick to address any questions or issues that come up. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome time

This was our 3rd year down and by far the best property we’ve stayed at. The layout for the family was perfect, the dock was great and the youngest caught some fish from it. The ice maker was a great addition. The property was clean with enough room that nobody was on top of each other which was much needed with the 3 boys. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay with kids and family. Hope to be back soon!
