Enter the home through a dry entry from the carport into the full-of-fun game room with 7 foot green felt pool table, comfortable seating, queen sofa bed, large screen TV, DVD and full bath. If it's too nice of a day to stay inside, then step outside and take a dip in the private swimming pool. The second level features 2 queen bedrooms with shared full bath and sliders to the oceanfront deck where you'll find the 6 person hot tub with privacy lattice. Also on this level you'll find the washer/dryer and 2 more bedrooms (2 singles, 2 sets of bunks) with a shared full bath. Step up to the top level for the great room with charming decor, home theater system with large screen TV/DVD and sliders to the oceanfront deck. The bright, open kitchen has a long bar with plenty of seating room for 6 stools. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the large picture window and the dining table as you enjoy your meals. A king bedroom with a semi-private full bath completes the top level. After a stay in this quality home, you'll KEEP DREAMIN' about it until you return next season.

Great location house not the best

Overall we had a nice time and the location was great. The house was dated and smelled musty. The pool and hot tub were not clean when we arrived and no one showed up to clean them as the notes indicated on the rental. As I read it, both the pool and hot tube weren’t be cleaned during the beginning of the rental and mid way through. The oven did not heat correctly so cooking took longer and turning the heat up did not help. Most all of the closet doors were broken and kept coming off

House in poor condition

The house advertised that it was newly renovated and it is not. There were patches on the ceiling, musty smell, railings that were loose, grass not cut and yard filled with pet feces. We contacted the property management company about the house not being cleaned when we got there. There was a dirty diaper, fake finger nails on the carpet, dirt on the sliding doors, and small blood specks on the bathroom floor. The manager came out to take pictures and said she would have someone come the next day to clean and that person never showed. I called the office daily and never received a return call. There was black mold on the ceiling beams. On the next to last day we woke up and found a couple cockroaches on the kitchen floor. It was a horrible experience.

Great location, but very poorly managed

First the good... - Location is excellent. - House is spacious and comfortable. - The layout is great for large families. - Pool and jacuzzi are well maintained. The bad... - It was dirty, and not just a little. We've done vacation rentals everywhere, and this was gross. August 2020 is a frightening time with Covid19, and Surf or Sound (property manager) bragged about all the extra steps they were taking. They lied. - Refrigerator and freezer were full of grime from the last renter, silverware was full of dried food and rusty. - There were 5+ of all kinds of cookware, but all of them were in terrible condition. Examples include Teflon pans that were scratched through to the metal, coffee maker with cracks on the lid. - Garbage stuffed behind nightstands, under beds, and under couches. This includes what I can only describe as what looked like a "bloody" paper towel. - Master bedroom toilet handle didn't work. You had to pull the top off the tank and lift the flapper. And the ugly... - We called to tell Surf Or Sound, and they abruptly told my wife to "put it in an email" and HUNG UP ON HER. Not cool. Net: If you aren't picky about cleanliness, you'll have a blast. Otherwise, I'd pick a property through a different company.

Great location, nice having pool also. Upstairs balcony view is great. Beds not the most comfortable . Dog hair everywhere when we got there. Floors dirty. Cleaners came the following day and did a good cleanup
