Easy access to the beach is just steps away as PARROT'DISE is only 2 lots back from the beach. You'll love the mesmerizing oceanfront view right from the living room or while relaxing in an Adirondack chair on the sundeck. The early-risers in your group will be treated to phenomenal sunrises. This nicely appointed and comfortable home is decorated with a fun, island flair and is well-equipped for your stay. A separate kids' getaway on the first floor allows parents time and space to unwind. After a fun-filled day at the beach you can relax in the 6-person hot tub. Plan to spend your vacation this year in PARROT'DISE.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Nice spot in Avon

This house worked well for our crew of 4 adults and 4 children (ages 4-10). Everyone had their own space. Kitchen was a bit tight but well stocked. Hot tub was clean. The house is close to the beach. But the walk is a long trek through the dunes (be prepared) and there are steps so don’t bother trying to put things in a beach cart. There were boogie boards and beach toys in the shed that aren’t in the listing so we had brought our own. It would be nice if the owners added chairs for renters. Overall, the house was pretty much what we expected and we enjoyed our stay.

Great time, couple of issues

* Bug issue, 2 counts of palmetto bugs inside house, 3 counts of flying ant/termite type insect. * Jacuzzi light nor high jets functioned, temp reach 107 when set to 103. Over all great time. Appreciate the arrival gift.
