With over 1,600 square feet of interior space and huge covered balcony space, you have all the room you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. This Modern Condo has been professionally and impeccably decorated. The Condo's stunning Oceanfront location, is also conveniently located a short walk away from the heart of Pensacola Beach's most fun and festive restaurants, bars, and shopping!

Modern Condo provides sleeping arrangements for 6 people:

**Master Suite: Has a King Bed / Direct balcony access / Direct views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the beach and pool areas / The ensuite bath is opulent with a huge glass shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities / Granite and tile throughout.

**Second Suite: Has a Queen Bed / Private Bath / Stunning Bay views.

**Third Suite: Has a King Bed / Semi Private Bath that is also accessible to other Guests via the hallway next to the laundry room.

**Living Area: updating leather couch, leather loveseat, and oversized "cuddler" chair.

This was a great getaway for our family with kids. The room and decor was updated and nice. The views from the 19th floor were great. Super close walk to the beach. Loved the heated pool. Too cold for the outdoor pool, but the sun on the beach was relaxing. Thank you for the great stay.

Family vacation

The view is amazing! Very clean, everyone was very friendly and location is great! Brought our 2 sons for family vacation and they loved crab hunting in the evening and the beach during the day! The indoor pool was convenient as well since our last day everyone was sunburnt, but could still enjoy water time. Definitely would come here again!

We loved our stay at Sunset Blues! Not only was this the perfect location, but this condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck. The check-in/check-out process was flawless, and the owner's communication was greatly appreciated. We loved the place. Everything was perfect. Great layout, huge patio and grill!! The indoor pool option is very nice!! The only thing I would recommend is more comfortable mattresses and couch. We will be back to beach club!

The hosts were very accommodating and communicative! The space was as expected and the location and view is beautiful! The complex has a nice pool and hot tub. Great condo for a group we had in town for a wedding. The only thing would be to update the couch. Thanks for having us stay!

Absolutely gorgeous condo! The owners were very responsive, any issues we had were corrected very quickly. The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. My Favorite Beach Condo

Sunset Blues is absolutely amazing. The view is beyond awesome, the condo is beautifully appointed, and the owners are quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was effortless. It is a wonderful vacation spot in many ways! Seeing the sunrise from the balcony is spectacular. Actually, seeing anything from the balcony is spectacular! We have rented here before and we will certainly be back.

The best condo in Beach Club

This was the very best condo in Beach Club! We stayed with a big group - about 5 condos worth and ours was by far the best! Great outdoor patio furniture, enjoyed the view. We were able to use all the spaces to sleep and everyone had a great time. I would definitely rebook if/when we return to Pensacola. The host even had an over-the-top welcome basket waiting for our arrival!

My friends and I stayed here for about a week in March and the unit was perfect! Great views on the 19th floor and it came stocked with everything we needed. The complex is also very nice with great ammenities. The staff made everything easy for us and we really were sad to leave. The owners are also very quick to respond to any questions and were so friendly throughout the entire process! Would recommend this to any families or groups looking for a beautiful place to stay while near all the action.

What a lovely, comfortable condo . We loved our time here. Beautiful views and huge patio. Would book again in a minute! Enjoyed the welcome basket on our arrival!
